Ate at this location. Food was ok.
After we got our order and were eating, a customer came in and tried to order. The two employees (women with multi colored hair and an older guy w/ a ponytail) were chatting in the "kitchen" area not paying any attention to the sandwich line. The man yelled "hello!" and loudly knocked on the counter by the register. No one came out to greet him. He left.
A few minutes later, a woman came in. The older guy was slicing meats with his back to the sandwich counter and NEVER acknowledged her. She also left.
The worst thing was a third employee was taking a break and never looked up to see if the customers were being helped. Unbelievable.

The cute blonde lady knows EVERYTHING about the products and stuff. She's nice too. Haven't ate the sandwich yet but it's always good from here anyways. She even showered my Sammy with olives

This subway supposedly never received my mobile order. Nothing was done to right this except an employee wanting to fight me stating "do you want to take this outside?" Yeah words were exchanged after the threat. Won't be going to this or any subway ever.

I just had a baby and placed an online order for my mother to pick up. Not only has the construction made it close to impossible to find the entrance, but people in other storefronts did not even know it was open. My mother is hard of hearing and stated so, and was yelled at and disrespected by one of the two employees there (one was tall, one was short - the shorter employee was the issue). My order was for Jennifer W. and my mother used my full last name. She then had to call me so I could tell them by phone what my two sandwiches were because apparently one of them and my full last name (vs the initial) was not sufficient. The shorter employee proceeded to yell at my mother and walk away while she was talking which for those with hearing disabilities makes it near impossible to understand. When my mother got home she was close to tears and shaking. It is never acceptable to be rude to customers, especially when they have a disability. On top of that, somehow one of the sandwiches managed to have soggy bread and wilted lettuce. I won't be returning to this location any time soon, that's for sure. Your employees need to be trained on how to be respectful to the elderly and disabled. It really should not have been that much of an issue if she said Jennifer Weston instead of Jennifer W... I mean seriously!

This is the best subway sandwich I have had to date. The subway workers at the Martinazzi subway need to be completely retrained ? order ends up wrong every time. But this subway in Tigard. 100% satisfied.

I absolutely love love love this subway. One good food as always. However, the best part about coming to this specific one is the staff. They’re so amazing, so friendly, so welcoming, and it’s just brings me smiles walking in there! Thanks for all you guys do!!!!

Placed online order. It was confirmed complete with order number. Showed it had been charged to my credit card. It showed it was ready so I went to pick it up. Was told there was no order. Showed them it showed not only it went through put was charged to my card and showed ready to pick up. They were quite rude about it but finally came up with a printout that the order was canceled. Complete opposite of what their website was showing me.
What really upset me, besides everything so far, was I asked them to make the order and I would just pay for it. Just like anyone else walking into the store would do. Tell them what you want and pay for it at the cash register. They refused!!! They would not make my order. I asked to place the order there and they refused me.
I checked my credit card when I got home. My order went through as the charge was there. But it was almost immediately refunded. If you don’t want to take online orders then don’t take them. But taking them and deciding to cancel them makes no sense. And refusing to sell in store to some customers, but not others…. do I really need to say more on that???
And there’s no way to contact anyone higher up as Subway has gone to complete AI response when you try to reach someone. You cannot talk to a real person on their customer service.

My name is Brandon Bodmer and I work in customer Service, I am actually first in my position where I come from and I see roughly over 200 people a month. I came to this subway with my wife while our kids were at daycare and I was met by Cole, a young man who was a sandwich artist. I mean artist, because he had a sandwich he normally ate and I went for it. It was put together perfectly and with intention. Not just slopped together like a normal menu item. Not only was he charming(good for him!!!), but he also was honest and straight forward with me about the menu. Easy communication skills and he really just shined in that moment during our day. Good vibes from everyone around him as well. Keep it man Love and Peace brother keep killing it bro✌️ ? would recommend this location to my family and friends forsure.

If you order online "Check your order before leaving" is their own recommendation. As they may miss half your order and they won't refund or complete the order. They will claim the order was double checked though.

The lady making my sandwich, she touched money with her gloves on rightin front of me, and after that she continued making my sandwich without replacing them. Until i told her to do it. She didn't even apologize.I'm never coming back to this location.Terrible service.
