I ordered in the app and picked up for the wife and I and Amber was the absolute sweetest. So fast and efficient! Turned my bad day around, food was amazing.

The lady’s running it were so nice! Funny! AND made it feel like we were welcome and could stay! Picked out a heart pickle just for my daughter and added extra pickles just for her! Excellent service! Definitely would go back again!

Veggies and meat looked questionable. The lack of professionalism was astonishing, one lady (an older lady with gray and blue hair) was on a personal phone call while customers were in the store and the lady (pink, red hair) was in a dirty tank top. The atmosphere just felt really dirty

Terrible customer service. I walked in and the young boy with short brown hair looked up at me and didn't say anything. I went to the counter as I'm picking up a to go order and painfully waited in silence until the nice blonde woman asked me which order I was waiting on. The kid needs to learn to greet people and talk to customers.

I had an online order upon arrival saw my sandwiches being made by two women wearing tank tops, no washing hands! Touching long blond hair and face. Called after to speak to owner.Turned out the owner was one of the women making our sandwiches. She offered to remake my order like 🤨 as if id want someone so unsanitary to remake it. The right response would have been to apologize and ask if I would like it refunded, since she can't put on a subway shirt or tie up her hair or care to wash hands (I wouldnt want a sandwhich from here) . If I could give zero starts I would! Don't go to this location unless your ok with having hair and sweat driping into your sandwich from forearms.

Literally the worst service I have ever had at a subway. This kid could not have cared less what he did. Scrunched up the sandwich to cut it and literally rolled it in a ball. I couldn’t believe what he was doing in front of me.

Ate at this location. Food was ok.
After we got our order and were eating, a customer came in and tried to order. The two employees (women with multi colored hair and an older guy w/ a ponytail) were chatting in the "kitchen" area not paying any attention to the sandwich line. The man yelled "hello!" and loudly knocked on the counter by the register. No one came out to greet him. He left.
A few minutes later, a woman came in. The older guy was slicing meats with his back to the sandwich counter and NEVER acknowledged her. She also left.
The worst thing was a third employee was taking a break and never looked up to see if the customers were being helped. Unbelievable.

The cute blonde lady knows EVERYTHING about the products and stuff. She's nice too. Haven't ate the sandwich yet but it's always good from here anyways. She even showered my Sammy with olives

This subway supposedly never received my mobile order. Nothing was done to right this except an employee wanting to fight me stating "do you want to take this outside?" Yeah words were exchanged after the threat. Won't be going to this or any subway ever.

I just had a baby and placed an online order for my mother to pick up. Not only has the construction made it close to impossible to find the entrance, but people in other storefronts did not even know it was open. My mother is hard of hearing and stated so, and was yelled at and disrespected by one of the two employees there (one was tall, one was short - the shorter employee was the issue). My order was for Jennifer W. and my mother used my full last name. She then had to call me so I could tell them by phone what my two sandwiches were because apparently one of them and my full last name (vs the initial) was not sufficient. The shorter employee proceeded to yell at my mother and walk away while she was talking which for those with hearing disabilities makes it near impossible to understand. When my mother got home she was close to tears and shaking. It is never acceptable to be rude to customers, especially when they have a disability. On top of that, somehow one of the sandwiches managed to have soggy bread and wilted lettuce. I won't be returning to this location any time soon, that's for sure. Your employees need to be trained on how to be respectful to the elderly and disabled. It really should not have been that much of an issue if she said Jennifer Weston instead of Jennifer W... I mean seriously!

This is the best subway sandwich I have had to date. The subway workers at the Martinazzi subway need to be completely retrained ? order ends up wrong every time. But this subway in Tigard. 100% satisfied.
