Kai-ten (conveyor belt sushi) as it should be. My first visit to this one, and it's as good as the other one I know of.

I don't expect much from conveyor belt sushi. I was happy with getting a quick meal and having it be good enough that I felt like I had sushi. This sushi was worse than grocery store sushi. At first I thought we were in a bad spot and getting all the leftover dishes that other diners didn't want. But, no, it was just all bad. I tried nigiri salmon. Tasteless salmon and hard rice. I tried a roll... All of them had fake crab inside. Not great. The soy sauce tasted watered down. We had to ask for takeout packets of soy sauce before it tasted like there was salt in the sauce. We had two plates each before we decided to leave. I didn't even finish my beer. That's how bad it was.Kid-friendliness: If it's your thing, there are a ton of desserts on the sushi conveyor belt. I didn't try any though.

Very slow and discourteous employees. Will not give you ETA for when food is ready. Do not recommend based just on service.

If you’re going to be closed today then you may want to update hours on Google so people don’t want 20 min in the snow for nothing.

Food overall was average at best. Some of the rolls were what you would get at Trader Joe's. The fish was just okay. Not as many options as other conveyor belt places I've been to. Would pass on this one.

I got a water with lemon and a dash of mold. Didn’t realize the lemon came with mold until I finished the water. Their solution was to give me more water. Not even an apology from any of the staff there.

It's difficult to talk about the service or the atmosphere when you're getting sushi at an strip mall from a sushi train. It's self-serve, and the atmosphere is functional. Which is exactly what you would expect when you walk into this type of establishment. What you would not expect however, is for the food to be as delicious as it is. They've got all the standard options that you could be looking for, plus some really great, unique to their menu, choices. If you're looking for a great place to sit down and grab a quick bite of sushi with tons of options, at a good price, Sushi Hana is DEFINITELY the way to go. You can also order their food through Uber Eats, and it's just as good to go as it is in the restaurant ?Vegetarian options: It's Asian/ Sushi. They have the same type of vegetarian options as most all other Asian/ sushi jointsParking: They're in a strip mall, so there are always plenty of places to park. Usually though, the 5 to 8 spots directly in front of their shop are full, but you can always find something within a 30 second walk from their front doorKid-friendliness: They have high chairs, and it's kid friendly, as long as you understand what the food options are going to be, and your children enjoy SushiWheelchair accessibility: It's on the ground floor. There are ramps that grant access from the parking lot to the sidewalk, and the door is large enough to fit a wheelchair through

I made a mistake and ordered 2 crab salad over rice. I thought it was a California roll. Plus 2 orders of the baked mushrooms. They were both filled with the same pink nasty mushy stuff. I took a couple bites and had to throw it in the garbage. That's definitely not any kind of crab. Didn't even taste like imitation crab. Yuck!!
