This coffee place looks great inside and they're awesome for serving a solid selection of liquor-based coffee drinks. If I weren't going to work I definitely would have tried one, but they do have some nice regular and specialty latte flavors, I would definitely recommend the salted caramel. Service was friendly and fast, and they're willing to answer any questions you have as well as engage in small talk if you are in the mood. Good café in downtown Tigard.

I drink a lot of chai. I love discovering new chai and have tried so many brands I can't count. I really appreciate it when a coffee shop makes their own. That being said, the chai at Symposium tastes like soapy water with a touch of rose. It should not be considered chai. It was horrendous. I took two sips (the second just to make sure I wasn't crazy) and couldn't drink any more. I mean Starbucks and Oregon chai are even better, and that's really saying something because neither of those taste like chai, but I'd at least finish my $6 beverage. Do yourself a favor symposium, order some Blue Lotus chai or better yet, Tipus chai out of Montana (3rd generation chai makers from India) and offer a far better chai experience.

Always a joy to stop by and visit the smiling baristas at the perfect corner coffee shop in downtown Tigard. Ample parking outside, plenty of seating inside, and the coffee and food are consistently amazing!A great place to camp out and work undisturbed at a two seater for an hour or two, or they have additional rental space in back/upstairs for parties and corporate events as well.Parking: Plenty of parking if don’t come during high traffic.
