I went into this store to pick up an order for my wife while they were in labor. When I arrived at the store and gave them my order name, they did not have my order. After showing them all the proof they asked for, screen shots of the order and the date the order was placed. The supervisor in duty, Christy I believe was her name essentially called me a liar saying “people try to get free food all the time”. I explained several times that my wife was in labor and I just needed their order to be made. Christy was rude and dismissive of me and still made my repay for a second order. After trying to call, the store then screened my phone calls and refused to answer the phone for hours until Armando, the store manager came in. When I called once again to get the moment made right. Armando the store manager was dismissive and defensive, gaslighting me saying “my employee didn’t say that”, clearly being on her side and not being curious about making the moment right again. I had to call corporate and jump through hoops in order to get the moment made right, all while my wife was in labor. In my interactions with them, they lacked humanity and empathy. They were not ethical or dignified about how they handled the situation and did not meet the bottom line standard on how taco bell is expected to treat their customers.

Typically this location has always been good with service and quickness. But today that was not the case. I put in a mobile order as I’m in early labor and Taco Bell has been my go to food during this pregnancy. My wife went to go pick it up and at first they said they didn’t have the order so I sent over the order screen shot showing it was in progress. The key holder Christy then proceeded to make it seem like we were just trying to get free food then proceeded to make my wife reorder and pay again. When we called the store to see when the manager would be in she first hung up the phone and then took over 3 hours to get ahold of the store manager Armondo. In between this I called corporate to report this horrible experience and was confirmed this store handled it very poorly will continue with this report. We finally get ahold of the store manager and he proceeded to not listen to our experience, cut my wife off when they were explaining the situation, and they could hear the “key holder” Christy trying to defend her self in the background. This location clearly doesn’t actually care how they treat their customers and hopefully corporate will talk to them. Cause what happen today was unacceptable and if that’s how their managers run things I wouldn’t recommend this location

I love T Bell. Definitely a go to...especially for my senior drinks Dirty Baja Blast Zero...but each T Bell is different. Some cost a $1, some are free & some give large. I also always enjoy the food.
The app & kiosk are not friendly.

The staff was not busy because three staff members were sitting were customers sit. Placed my order for a small fry and the staff behind the counter( three or four ) waited on several of the outside window orders . The staff member who was completing the orders coming in got some ones order mixed up, so that was taking more time. When they were finally done with those orders they gave me my fry's. The employees looked very disgruntled and seemed upset like they were being interrupted when I placed my order.

Rude staff, worse manager. They were disrespectful when I asked to order at the counter because the touch screens were filthy and I did not want to touch them. Their manager smirked and chuckled as she also refused then brought out paper towels to wipe the screens down. I left.

Clean ,friendly .... Incredibly wonderful at charging extra for items that are correct on the screen.... Get home to find nothing I was charged for in the sealed bag. Awesome way to make money! Great job to the crew that works the night shift.

They are not open when they say they are open. No one cares when you open, but when you say we're open and people go there and you're closed, you end up waisting people's time. So, follow your own hours or change them accordingly.

I mean it’s Taco Bell. I feel like the Luxe boxes are a really good deal for the most part. But again, I can’t give more than four stars to fast food. I can say that it was done right and was very fast and gluttony at its finest.

Came here this morning around 7:45am. I ordered a single burrito with potato’s and nacho cheese. TWO ingredients. I waited 5 mins then asked for a refund which sparked the staff to start talking in Spanish about me. They wouldn’t give me a refund answer or my burrito so I left. I came back in because I wasn’t going to let them keep my money and she hands me my burrito. I made sure it’s right and was upset because I got no customer service inside. She told me to shut up and asked why I didn’t use drive through. I didn’t know you HAD to use drive through to get served in the mornings. HORRIBLE customer service and the burrito was awful. Pretty sure they spit in it.
