Not really anything to rate on for service when you order from a kiosk now then walk to a counter and grab your stuff after a number is called out and left. Food was decent and the inside was pretty empty and quiet.
Worst experience ever. If I could rate this restaurant no stars I would. We placed an order inside for take out and they skipped right over it! Waited over 30 minutes for two burritos and two drinks. Pathetic, this place needs better workers who speak English !

They make you order everything on the kiosk. Am I going to get put on payroll for doing the work myself? Crazy how us as Americans just let this become the norm. Higher prices, worse service.

Seriously. Every time I show up different people and different amazing abilities to do a worse job! Zero sauce, horrible food with next to nothing that should be on it. Everyone wants more money for mediocre service but, that would be a serious improvement from what I've seen time and time again at this location. Can't even put sauce or napkins in the bag. But they are seriously good at way more lettuce than ingredients that should be included. Sorry to say but, that'll be my last chance effort to let them let me down yet again.

Just went through for some (very expensive) Doritos locos tacos. They’re literally not edible as tacos, like you expect them to be and like you PAY SOOOOO MUCH FOR THEM TO BE. Apparently they put them in the bag and then slam it to the ground a few times and step on it before they give them to you- based upon the way they look. Thanks for taking my money and giving me nothing worthy, once again.

Out of all the Taco Bells in the area, this one is probably the worst overall mostly due to trying to be the best on metrics.
For those of you who didn't know the drive thru at most fast good restaurants have automated systems to measure the time people spend at the speaker, waiting to pay, and at the window.
To maximize their score, they'll often have you pull around to the parking lot to artificially lower their times, which I understand if you have someone that needs to be deep fried, but they've done this to me on orders that are basic.
Additionally if you put in a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru, you're supposed to check in, and then they make your food fresh. It also gives you the chance to cancel your order if something changes before you pick it up. This store will check it in when you're not there if they have down time and let it sit on the counter getting cold until you show up. Once again, they're doing this so they can improve their times.
Additionally, they're the highest priced Taco Bell in the area. Single items will often cost up to 50% more here than other stores in the area, the $7 box deals often cost $10
The two good things I can say however is the orders tend to be more accurate than other stores in the area and their lobby is open after midnight, which is nice.
This place is a rip off. Seven dollar lux box is $10 at this location. They always charge more for their meals here the owner is very greedy. I will drive the extra distance to the other Taco Bell location they charge the right amount for all of their food.
