The Dine-In area is NOT an appropriate the place for a Manager to disapline an employee. Surely, there must be an office in the back somewhere rather than berate an employee in front of customers and other employees. Highly unprofessional and I was unable to enjoy my meal feeling the stress of the situation.

Tacos fell apart, poor food quality in preparation! They literally just threw the tacos in the Box..... And seriously for what they charge for their efforts putting a box of tacos together is absolutely pathetic I'm so horribly disappointed....

I (Dana) have been a customer of this great location since it was in a building across the street in the 1980's. It's certainly changed a lot since then ... moving to this current building, plus several remodels! The great food and friendly customer service haven't changed through the years, though.
Do I miss ordering food face-to-face in the lobby? Yeah, the kiosks are just OK. But, the food is still served with a smile. And, we can still speak to a real person in the drive-thru. Overall, we love it!

This is like my 2nd review at this location. THEY JUST DO IT BEST. I want to compare it to the truck stop Taco Bell’s because it’s that good! You ask for potatoes in ur burrito? They add it! No lettuce? They’ll make up for the lack of lettuce! Not just take it out. These people ENJOY their job! Everytime I pull NIGHT SHIFT they just are all laughing and listening to music. It is so amazing! I love these guys.

I refuse to go to this location anymore. The service is awful. Just awful. The food is subpar. I'm surprised they're still allowed to operate under the Taco Bell brand.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.5 stars, knocking off half for heatstroke)

This is, hands down, the nicest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I walked in and thought I accidentally wandered into a trendy coffee shop or a HGTV makeover episode. The floor tiles? Fancy. The lighting? Classy chandeliers like I was about to order a steak instead of a Crunchwrap. The food? Absolutely fire. I mean, that quesadilla hit like a warm hug from a cheesy guardian angel.

But y’all… it was hotter than Satan’s actual butthole in there. I don’t know who forgot to turn on the AC, but I was two bites away from melting into the floor like a Doritos Locos-flavored puddle. I was sweating like I was on trial for stealing the Baja Blast recipe.

Still, I’d come back in a heartbeat (preferably one that isn’t accelerated by heat exhaustion). Bring a fan or maybe a portable glacier, and enjoy the classiest Taco Bell experience of your life.

I normally put my displeasure with stores through private channels when it comes to the delivery gig. I expect wait times at night when lobbies are closed, but not only was this drive-thru SLOW, the workers have the audacity to send drivers around to the back of said slow line if their order isn't ready. That is not only disrespectful, but a fragrant violation of multiple Taco Bell internal policies. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired immediately, no reason for such a horrendous policy, and they also need to begin running a delivery grill as well, or if they have one, train the person on it better.

I asked for 2 taco and when asked anything else I said a #1 which has 3 tacos and a coke . Doesnt that equal 5 tacos. The drive thru is horrible. If you can't add or speak English practice or move on. I always have to repeat my self and they never understand
