The food is delicious, however the service was poor they gave me an almost completely wrong order and all of the tortilla was stuck to the wrapper, and soggy in less than 10 minutes.

So I got through the drive thru and order 6 items in total. When I get done with ordering, they just send it through without making sure they got it right. Then when I got my order 2 items were wrong, I went back in to get it corrected and when I got my food 1 item was still wrong. They didn't even look at the receipt to make sure they added the modifications I asked for when correcting the messed up item. I live 2 hours away and wanted something for my fiancée and I to eat on our way home. This is incredibly frustrating because I had to deal with her complaining.

Used to be pretty good service here, but they took out the mobile order pick up station and just simply ignore the lobby and any mobile orders with lobby pickup. Even if you want to eat inside, pick up your food in the drive thru and come in, otherwise you’ll likely starve before getting your food.
Best Taco Bell I've ever been to food came out fast. I got the crunch wrap supreme and the taco supreme. It was evenly filled and filled to the fullest, the food was great. It was hot. And tasted amazing. so far, the only Taco Bell, I will recommend eating hat employees and managers are doing a fantastic job.

I don’t usually go to this location, but made a poor choice that I won’t be repeating! I ordered what I usually order at any Taco Bell location, and what I usually scarf down gleefully without much concern of how it looks… however, it’s never been completely inedibly disgusting like this! The “crunchy” taco was so soggy that it was no longer crunchy and the tortilla was wet and floppy and had glued itself to the paper wrapping, and even with careful attempt to peel: could not be removed, so it was impossible to eat anyway (I don’t eat paper wrapping, typically - weird, I know!). But I thought… maybe the taco got ruined somehow, that’s okay, I also ordered a bean & cheese burrito! So I go to unwrap that but it wasn’t even wrapped ! It looked like someone had wadded the paper on top of it! And seeing the “burrito” answered that whoever did it had no earthly idea how to roll a burrito! They tried to rip off part of the tortilla for some reason so it has the appearance like someone had already taken a bite from it… and it was folded like a weird piece of paper and already oozing out everywhere before I even touched it. Because it had oozed everywhere long before I unwrapped or touched it, the sauce ooze had hardened and congealed, making me really wonder how long ago this burrito was possibly made. Just so upset - I am super pregnant and all I wanted was some Taco Bell but instead I got robbed and I’m still hungry and sad.
Never ever returning here, not even on a dare!

I like the remote touch screen ordering. They keep the dining area very cold, a coat would be needed for me to tolerate it.
Parking: A little tricky to pull into the parking lot, a tight right turn just after pulling in from the street.
