After my last visit to Taco Bell, I had a bad experience and never received a response to my complaint. Between the low quality of the food, rising prices, and poor service, I can’t recommend them anymore. Instead, I encourage everyone to try the many Mexican restaurants and food carts along Pacific Hwy. For just a couple of extra dollars, you’ll get far better quality, friendlier service, and you’ll be supporting small local businesses rather than a big corporation. The difference is worth it

We order every so often GH delivery and the employees literally RARELY ever put the sauces that are requested for our orders. It’s so annoying and frustrating. We’ve gotten our food many times without any sauce and without the sauce the food is not the same. We don’t like to eat dry food. Happened tonight when we ordered, super annoying.

Takes forever to get your mobile order in the lobby. The layout behind the counter is such that no employee can see you making it difficult to get anyone's attention to get your order, unless you want to be annoying and loud. Spend your money elsewhere.

It’s a Taco Bell. I always go through drive through. Usually not much of a wait. Love they brought back (however infrequent) the cool ranch Doritos tacos. I’ve been multiple times for that at 0200. I don’t eat it much any other time but my kids order it on DoorDash and the orders are at least accurate compared to other places

Typical Taco Bell experience. Delicious and still cheaper than most fast food these days. It is Taco Bell though so be prepared for your stomach to not agree as much as your wallet and taste buds! Comes with the territory though!

The Dine-In area is NOT an appropriate the place for a Manager to disapline an employee. Surely, there must be an office in the back somewhere rather than berate an employee in front of customers and other employees. Highly unprofessional and I was unable to enjoy my meal feeling the stress of the situation.
