The guy at the window at about 2:15 today was really rude demanding I give my food back after it was paid for and then only wanted to give me half my order very rude person I feel sorry for him and any other customers that have to deal with a young man like that. Alejandro you where rude

First time at this tacobell. Waited over an hour for 5 tacos. Only 3 people in front of us. They ended up giving us the wrong order. Went back and came back with the wrong order. They then refused to make our order and tried to give us coupons. I have experienced this a few times at many other tacobells. Prices have gone way up and service has dropped through the floor. Tacobell doesn't deserve customers anymore.
12pm for dine-in. Long wait times during lunch hour. The parking lot was full of cars for drive thru and there were 4 people waiting on orders ahead of me.

This is our go to Taco Bell and they never let us down! Doesn't matter if we order on thr app, drive through or in the store, they are always fast!! The food is always fresh, hot and our order accurate.
Customer service is always top notch but recently it was above and beyond! I was having a crap day and problems with my debt card in the drive through topped it off.
The store manager, Chris Seratt is consistently busting his ass when we stop in and I enjoy seeing how hard he works! He's professional, kind and thorough. With the support of his General Manager, Krystalin Jones, they have this place rockin and rollin!! Thank you both so much for making this Taco Bell a reliable and rewarding experience!!

Had a horrible experience when calling the store to fix my order. They kept refusing to make my order when 6 different delivery drivers tried to pick up the order. The general manager was very rude and caused a lot of upset. Wish I asked for the owners number. Never got my order and had delivery drivers telling me they were being incredibly rude to them as well. Pretty horrified by this experience and hope this “general manager” learns from this experience. She kept talking over me and had an attitude from the get go. I’ve never experienced something like this from any worker at a restaurant, or any store ever. Still got charged for food that never arrived.

No matter how many different ways u come up with making what u think is a easy fix to Mexican food it will always smell and taste like dog food and the lack of cheese on the tacos is seriously over ridiculous. Need to be more like Taco Casa in Texas there tacos have a delicious taste and never have to worry about asking where's the beef or cheese on any item u order Taco bell your taste is out dated
