The workers are on drugs or something I have been to this location multiple times and every single time nothing in the order is correct and is very sloppy and the nacho cheese I ordered was dumped everywhere all over all the food

This is our go to option for quick food after 9pm, as most other places in the area are closed. We eat here about once a week.
From my experience, going inside is a waste of time, as you will be completely ignored by the staff for a long time. They focus on the drive-thru here, and I’ve had a much better experience since I figured that out. They occasionally get a long line of cars, but usually it isn’t too busy, and luckily Taco Bell lets you cancel orders in the app if you don’t feel like waiting when you arrive.
For a fast food place, the staff is usually friendly enough - service has gotten a little better over the last year or two. They do skimp out on the food/fillings, but that seems to be the same at most of the locations these days. I always order through the app because you can get deals that bring the price down by about 50% per person, which makes it a decent value even when they do skimp out. I’ve had a handful of incorrect/missing items, but they’ve also made it pretty easy to let customer service know in the app so they can remedy the situation.
It’s not the best, but it gets the job done in a pinch.
Vegetarian options: Almost everything with meat can be switched out for beans, potato, etc.

Everything was as expected for Taco Bell...good service and food was as expected.
I asked for extra nacho cheese on both Nacho bell grande and 5 layer burrito, I got none of that. No beans on my nachos, nor extra cheese. Same with my 5 layer burrito no beans or extra cheese. I can't believe I get charged for something I never recieved. Does the nacho cheese come out of your pay checks or something?

This review is for the Crew that actually decided to show up for work on new years eve, shame on the people that called out and left them to work on a busy night. You guys are rockstars and apparently management is absent. I recommend praise and raises for the crew that showed up.

Update 1/21/25 Don't know why I tried this location again, but wow, they are still slow and easy behind. Bad, bad management. Too bad as this place used to humm with efficiency......... I did a mobile order and they usually get these right, but today they were 40 minutes to get it done and they weren't busy. Probably won't use this location again for awhile.
