Always a great experience here. Consistently good, although I think they're cheesecake slices have gotten a little smaller.

It is a very nice space to have dinner and just to hang out. People are friendly and food is seriously not bad. It's is by far the best of all the chain restaurants around.

The bread and appetizers were excellent.

28 bucks for chicken pasta where half the protein was inedible is rough.

Unfortunately this was a horrible experience. I took my wife here for here birthday dinner, not only did it take forever for us to get our dinner but my steak was very cold. The server had no concern to make it right or see what he could do to accommodate the inconvenience. My wife did not want me to complain about her plate due to the issue i had with mine. It ended up taking the server more than 15 min to return to our table and when he did he just tossed down the cheesecake menu and as advertised we thought my wife would be getting a free slice fornher birthday. We ended up getting charged for her slice of cheesecake. This was our first experience foing to the cheesecake factory. We paid over $100 and was extremely disappointed is the service and would of lived to have a great steak dinner but that is not what happened. If we do ever return we will be sure to reach out to the actung manager next time if we have issues, we already were out late and with the time it took to have the server return to our table we didn't have the time to wait for a manager to come over and address the situation. We were very disappointed in the first experience here.

I ordered beets and avocado salad to go and I paid $15 for 2 slices of avocado and 5 pieces of beets and a few lettuce. I never seen a portion this small in any other restaurant. I always order from this location, but this is the first time this happened. What a waste of money

The waitress was horrible.

The prices are to high not worth it at all.

Delicious, large portions, a great break from the rush of the mall and always open. This is a place for a treat, it is not healthy food but it tastes good. I love the carrot cake I wish it was smaller portion.

Music way too loud for comfortable conversation. Service outstanding, the chicken in the Chinese chicken salad was tough and no flavor.
