Food was lukewarm and mashed potatoes were cold. They gave no discount on the meal. We're there with friends on a Anniversary dinner. Probably will not return.

Fantastic food, beautiful ambience & kind friendly staff. We will be visiting again soon. This place completely impressed from starters till the dessert. Hot honey whole wheat bread deserves a shout out cos it was mind blowing

The widest menu selection I have ever seen. There are easily over a hundred options, and they all seemed at least decent. We got the Bang Bang chicken and the Chipote Pasta and both were good. The cheesecake, as expected, was outstanding. The service was slow to start, but was good afterwards. The interior is huge and really nice.

Why is the music so loud? It is obnoxious and takes away from the dining experience. We literally have to speak at bar level to communicate with our party. Can you just turn it down a smidge? Everything else....5 stars!!!

Water give food. Food mediocre. Waiter ask if good. I say good. I lie. Waiter gone. Waiter gone. Waiter gone. Waiter gone. Waiter give check long after finish. Waiter gone. I leave now. I very mad. I waste 2 hours of me life. Waiter righteously gone.

Tried to make a reservation for my daughter's 18th Birthday tonight. My husband and I have 5 kids so total of 7 people for the reservation. My family and I have never ate at Cheesecake Factory and this was where my 18 yr old wanted her birthday dinner. When I called to make the reservation for 7 people I was told I couldn't and I would have to show up and wait for seating? You guys lost revenue because you can't book reservations for over 6 people.....

A favorite for sure, love the ambiance

WAY. TOO. LOUD. Could use some dampeners to quiet things down a bit.

Chris, our server, went over and above for us. I hope he had a Merry Christmas! We stopped in on Christmas eve to celebrate our birthdays. Food was good, cheesecake was great, but Chris was the highlight of the evening. Dug into our food too fast to take pics, but got some of the high ceiling.

Lighting is not great for those over 50 who need brighter lighting to read, and the lighting certainly does NOT match the noisiness of the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible by wheelchair or walker. But not great parking options.

"Small " meals are limited & like all other restaurants these days was pretty pricey. Next time I'll go only for the cheesecake. Restaurant is always quite noisy, conversation is difficult

This location at washington square so hard on nearby parking but I went here with my Auntie and mother for lunch and had a great salon with mesu a n d brown rice under it. The sauce mesu might be mispelled however the tenders almond with this sauce was really good sauce great on the salmon as well as on the rice under it almost askes for extra sauce next time for sure Yum 😃🎄

Bartender marco he take long time make my drink and he is enfoces other custumers came after me i thing he is discriminación I no american custumer. I m latino guy he is even give glass o water I never came back here anymore I usually I go diferent cheese cake factory they have better service about here

Why make customers stand at the host desk for ten minutes waiting for a text when there’s huge swaths of tables open? And then finally sit them at the closest empty table so rudely?
I got food poisoning from the crab puffs.
