Great casual dining, with warm enclosed porch that is quieter than restaurant indoor dining, varied menu with lots of options & friendly staff.

Love this restaurant. Because of 3% surcharge I only leave 18% tip. Counterproductive. Please lower lights over booths. Really annoying. Otherwise everything perfect. Food service awesome.

Always love this restaurant. I've been coming here for 15 years. Excellent food and the service is friendly and welcoming. I've never had a bad dish or experience. I'm so fortunate that it's one mile from my home! Even if you're not one mile away, totally worth the trip!

I reserved a booth but they told me they didn't get that message from Open table. Disappointing because the interior of the restaurant is so loud. We sat outside on the patio and it was a bit chilly but more quiet. Food and service were good.

We've visited TL many times and usually enjoy our visits; however this particular trip has left a bad taste in our mouth. We had a reservation and didn't have to wait for a table however we were directly in front of the beverage bar pick up area. As we approached the table I noticed immediately that we were below a speaker and it was VERY LOUD (mind you it's usually pretty loud on the music side) but super loud below a speaker. I asked if we could be seated in another area maybe by the window (just one seat was taken). The hostess said no they had a big party arriving. Well we sat there for over an hour and not one other person sat there until we were leaving and they weren't with a BIG party. If it was crowded I'd have understood but it wasn't. We ordered drinks, which came quite a bit after our food was delivered. I order a spicy margarita, which tasted like watered down tequila with a slice of lime in it. I'm sure it was NOT a margarita! The California rolls were delicious as always but the chicken tenders weren't even hot. I'm so disappointed and will rethink visiting or recommending this restaurant in the future.

Our hostess and waitress were wonderful. The team seemed to have a high level of esprit de cour! My rating was due to the orange chicken plate I ordered. It was beautiful and tasty however there didn't seem to be much chicken and some pieces were just fried batter. The rice and veggies were super. I was also surprised there wasn't a special birthday dessert for our friend, esp when I stated in the reservation what we were there for. We picked this location because of Riley Amato working there. We love her!!

I am happy to give positive star ratings but please don't ask for a narrative as well; totally annoying

Our waitress was great. The sun was shining too brightly in our eyes so we asked her if she could pull the shade. She did. It was perfect. Another waiter, a tall thin man, then came and put the shade back up. Told her it cut out the breeze, but we couldn't sit there. She did put it back up for us. He had an ugly attitude that could have ruined our evening. We were glad he was not our waiter!

We came on Clam Chowder Day. It was delicious. Good size portions. Our server, Alex, was exceptional.

Food was good as always but the speed of service was horrible. The kitchen was not keeping up and the time of day was early not even at dinner hour

Good experience in the restaurant. However, clearly you only try to appeal to young patrons and those without any disabilities. SERIOUS CONCERN: We saw no handicap parking near the restaurant entry. Do you have any at all? My 96-year old friend uses a walker. We had to park in a spot way out in the parking lot. Instead of 6 curbside pick up spots near the restaurant entry, why don't you convert at least 3 of those to handicap parking? Doesn't ADA require you to have handicap spots??

Staff was excellent. We were visiting Portland and needed someplace for dinner on Labor Day. Looking at the menu, we decided the menu selections and price point were exactly what we were looking for. Being seniors we often have a starter to share and an interesting flatbread. The Brussels sprouts and pear-prosciutto flatbread did not disappoint!

We really enjoyed the thirsty lion, it was a pleasant surprise they had brunch on the weekends. Our drinks were delicious and the breakfast tacos were so different and so good!
