Is the sauce some kind of condiment I haven't had? How do you get a crispy crust but such a soft and flavorful inside?

Terrific! Our daughter told us to try this family restaurant and she was so so right! We are not Vietnamese but our friends are and we have eaten Vietnamese food quite a bit. This restaurant is fantastic! We ate the pho, egg rolls and vermicelli bowls and they were so so good! Try them! You’ll thank me later!

What a treasure this place is. My daughter and I just happened upon this place one morning as she wasn’t feeling well before school. I suggested soup, but most places don’t serve soup before 10am. I got the traditional Bahn Mi and my daughter got the Chicken Noodle soup. Let me just say, the Bahn Mi, is the best one I’ve ever had. I’m not usually a morning eater, but I ate the entire thing, it was delightful. My daughter’s soup was absolutely scrumptious. The meat, the broth, my gosh, I would put the broth in a thermos and drink it for breakfast or really anytime. This places not only feeds your belly with savory deliciousness, but fills your soul. You can tell the food here is made with love. The staff are beautiful and friendly. I am beyond happy to have found this little spot. I live in Portland and eat a lot of Pho, and this place takes the cake. It’s going one hard for me to go anywhere else. Thankfully I’m in Tigard weekly, so getting my fix of all the amazingness we found in this spot won’t be hard. We’ll definitely be back.

What part of the chicken is the meat in pho ga? very firm and chewy, probably not native chicken. but I like it a lot

Dropped in to pick up a few things from their ready-made counter. Mixed pork bun and pork roll were super flavorful and well seasoned! Will def be back!

Most impressed with beef pho. Soft meat, rich broth with natural bone stew flavor. I especially love the vegetables served with pho. This will be the ideal breakfast for the family!

Best pho we’ve tried around the Portland metro area. My only critique is that I wished they served bigger bowls as it was only one size at the time we dined. We’ll be back soon!
