Honestly BEST Tortas ever!!!! I thought I was going crazy but took my husband there for dinner after I had already gone for lunch earlier that day and he was in shock!!!! This is our new to go place.

I'm happy to say I'm batting .1000 at West Coast Torta after my second meal there earlier this week.I'd first tried the carne asada torta which was really nicely seasoned and tender. The real showstopper however was my most recent torta - the birria queso torta.The birria may be the best-seasoned meat I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant. It's just really, really flavorful and perfectly salted. They also give you birria broth on the side to dip your torta in.The tortas are also huge - it's two meals for me for only $17ish. Even after eating only one half of the torta I was a little sleepy afterwards, to give you the idea of value here.

Don't skip on this place! It is a fantastic little spot slinging some delicious Tortas!Kid-friendliness: It's at a food truck next to a playground/community area.Wheelchair accessibility: All on level ground. Tigard made this park very accessible to all!

The food was excellent and the real deal. Sandwiches were really good sized and had a lot of meat. The rice and beans, as well as the grilled jalapeños (our favorite) were delicious and didn’t lack flavor. We will be back!
West Coast Torta is SO GOOD! We went Friday and then again Sunday.Milanese and Carne Asade tortas are fantastic, the papas bravas are down right crave-able. My kids love the popsicles and pozole. Everything is so fresh and we love their friendly staff. It’s a superior food truck and I’m so glad it’s on our side of town.

We had a pollo torta at the El Tigrè festival tonight and it was delicious! I wish we would have added the red salsa to give it an extra kick. The chicken was juicy and d spiced perfectly. We will definitely visit their food cart at Universal Plaza.
