Clean place and amazing staff. Food is ok. Today’s sandwich was cold (like straight from the fridge cold) and the other was warm.). Not what you want from a Rueben. I will say that this is not typical of their service though. They are always friendly and the food is typically very well done. Give these fine people some business.

First time trying Which Wich and I have to tell you I wasn’t impressed. Not one of the employees door greeted me or the next few that walked in after me. Then I was struggling to understand what to do when I first walked in, quickly figured it out tho. That I had to fill out the paper bag, no help from any of the employees tho. Walked up with the bag when I was done, still wasn’t greeted, I said hello (crickets) then she put her phone down, put in the computer what she needed to ring me out, the said my total. I looked at her and said oh you do speak, I laughed a little, paid then under her breath she said something about cup, I said could you please repeat, ( did you want a cup for water?) I told her no thank you, and she then got up and walked to the back. While the other two employees made the sandwich’s for the other customers and I. They didn’t speak to each other the entire time, It was an unexpected vibe for this place. Then about 15 mines in the time I looked around and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned up in weeks. When they called my name I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The sandwich was okay at best. I will not be returning. I’ll continue to go to Jersey Mike’s where the vibe is outstanding in every store and people are friendly and welcoming or make it myself at home.

A sandwich shop run by miserable employees that are incapable of eye contact. I regret tipping.

What do you expect when the oldest kid in there looks like he hasn't passed high school? Just like every review when you walk in every table is dirty and you would have to clean yourself to be comfortable. Fries are still not on the menu which is hilarious. Ordering system is made by a gen Z hipster you can't just say what you want. You have to go through a bag system and check every ingredient, no drink options etc. Basically a gen z hipster over thinking service. Sandwich had hardly any meat and was doused in too much sauce. Do not come here!!!

Making sandwiches is not rocket science.
Unless you are standing there telling them how to make your sandwich, you won’t get what you ordered. Don’t get me wrong, I love Whichwhich, but this location is bad. I paid for about $60 worth of bacon over time that I never received. I order the same sandwich every time but it is always different. I’ve asked for cheddar about 50 times but only received it once.

Filthy and slow. Puddle of liquid and garbage all over. I wish I had noticed before I ordered but the wait was long and I had plenty of time to notice.

My sandwich was absolutely soggy and mushy. Not worth half the price
