French fries are horrible
The food is great but this is the second time that I order there and when I arrive to the restaurant they have me waiting more than 20 minutes even though I order ahead this is in Brownsville Texas by Southmost rd.
Nobody will ever answer the phone. 3 ppl working just looked at me when I arrived for my online order (bc you can’t place an order with more than 30 wings by phone) When I picked up my order tonight it was in two bags so i assumed it was correct. I got home & an entire $17 order was missing leaving us short on food. I tried to call to discuss my options & I’ve been on hold for 20 min
There was a time where Wingstop is more expensive than fast food, and Wingstop is done a great job of maintaining their prices to where it cost the same as McDonald’s. The service here is what made the experience great from the young man at the register who took our order delivered our food, and even came to get our tray to the young lady who took time to answer my wife random question. The food was timely, hot and delicious. The atmosphere is not that great. The tables are uneven and it’s a very small crowded environment when it’s busy, but I will always support businesses like this that provide excellent services.
Great place I usually do to go orders as the store is always busy! The guys work in the evening are super nice!
Very disappointed, ordered 40 wings & every single one was over cooked & super hard, seasoning was on point happy with that but Alot of them were just not eatable the outside was to crispy that it hurt to bite into. Waste of money, they weren't even busy no excuse to rush food & waste someone's money.

Dee the restaurant gm or manager whatever she was to the store was fantastic. She was extremely prompt, everything was exactly prepared to my special request, also very friendly could not ask for a better experience.

Store was clean & the food was great. Everyone was super friendly. Thee new manager Destiny has really turned this store around. All around great wingstop, great experience, great food. Good job guys.
Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!
I ordered online. App said my food would be ready. I got there, my order was not ready. I looked at the workers, not 1 person in there was wearing gloves.
Chicken good, fries I Do Not like at all. Which means I probly won't go back. : (
This was the worst experience it started out as a online order for delivery after 40 minutes I received a text from the door dasher saying there was no order there I called the store they said they gave it to a dasher and I need to take it up with door dash after 30 minutes on the phone they confirmed that it was never picked up called the store back and was told not there problem I asked for a refund and was told no I drove down to the store and was told to leave it wasn't there problem anymore I told them I wasn't leaving till I got my order or a refund after one of the employees made a call to I assume it was the manager or owner they finally remade my order this could have been avoided if there was any kind of customer service training all in all was it really worth the 2 hours it took me to get what I paid
