First time ordering them. Never again got half our order and called to see what happen they wouldn’t do anything for us. Delivery driver only brought one of two bags is what I was told. Wouldn’t give us a refund because they use DoorDash for delivery even though we went through the wing stop app. Wingstop told us to go through DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash said Wingstop had to give us one. Only had a receipt from Wingstop. So I guess I’m out the money and 20% tip I gave.

I ordered here for the very first time and I thought I was gonna be excited cause I heard some good reviews and when I got the food the street corn they were small same portions like it’s just like a teaser and then the wings really had no grape flavor. It was just like a hint of flavor and it was just very disappointing. I was hoping to have like a good hint of flavor not just a tiny bit so it was very disappointing but just that one experience I probably wouldn’t go back cause you know I like my wings and I want a place where I can go and have good wings so unfortunately I don’t recommend them other people still do but that’s just my opinion. I was just very disappointed you know for the cost that you pay that just wasn’t not a good enough flavor for me.

pedí a domicilio alitas y una hamburguesa, debían ser dos órdenes de papas pero me llegó una, llamé de nuevo para decir que me faltaba una orden, tal cual dice mi ticket y la señorita que atiende me hizo caso omiso y culpo al repartidor! después de decirle que ese repartidor era de mi total confianza, que siempre ha ido por mis pedidos jamás ha tomado nada, después de eso no me contestó en toda la llamada, fácil decidió ignorarnos!

Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

This Wing Stop is one of the best. The wings are always done to the perfect crispness and plenty of sauce on them. I would of given 5 stars if the holder for the drink covers was clean. It sounds a little petty but it was pretty dirty to be holding clean drink covers.

Ordered from here a few times. It’s ok for the money. They seem to always skimp on the pieces though and water down the ranch to a watery consistency. Last order was missing almost half the boneless wings I ordered. I called they left me on hold for a long time. I had to hang up and call back. After some basic math comprehension issues from their workers they finally agreed to refund the missing pieces but that was it and no recognition of how much they screwed up. Let’s see if I actually get the refund. If it was just a few pieces I’d understand but almost half of what I paid for was missing. And since it was delivery they couldn’t send the missing food.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

The food here has gone down hill so much it's basically inedible.
I ask for light seasoning on the fires and there is so much salt on them I can't eat it. The dry rub wings come swimming in so much oil they have no flavor left on them, literally completely covered in oil in the container. Even the chicken sandwich I ordered had so much oil and seasoning the bottom bun was soaked in oil and was so salty no one could eat that as well. I realize it's late and not much else open but, this was unacceptable.
I will never eat here again!

These guys absolutely crushed it tonight. The wings were sauced perfectly and the service was awesome as well. Oscar was the host and the wing wizards in the back get two thumbs up! 👍👍
