Oh boy! Jay is crushing it with his incredible food here. From the wow cheese steak, his insane shredded steak sliders, the Bop Bow bops, and the wow fries, you can’t go wrong. I need to get photos but I always eat it too quickly whenever I order here.
This is the best place to take your family in the entire area! Something for everyone on their unique menu. I love the fries and of course the Philly cheese steak is to die for!!! Looking forward to our next trip from Seaside just to eat at Wow Cow ??

Delicious! Had the rice bowl. Different than other bibimbap that I’ve had but will keep coming back. Kimchi was really good and love all the veggies.

The sliders were amazing! Customer service was outstanding. Will definitely be back to try the other food. Nuggets were great as well, but we got it Togo and didn’t get the dipping sauce, would like to try again with the sauce. Fries outstanding and portions were good size.

I went here on a cold and grey day and the service was bright and happy - and let me tell you, the Wow fries literally made me say WOW! Surpassed my hopes, this is an amazing little place, a jewel of Tigard.
Simply put this is the best Korean food truck I’ve been to in Oregon. Friendly service plus every single item on the menu is delicious. My personal favorite is the Wow cheesesteak. Give them a shot! You won’t be disappointed.

I can’t recommend this truck more highly. Excellent and friendly service. Food is so flavorful and unique without being too far out of the typical American comfort zone. Amazing hybrid of cuisines. Highly recommend getting the optional kimchi whenever it’s offered as an add-on; adds a wow to the cow. I have tried half the items on the menu, all delicious, and can’t wait to check off the remaining dishes. One constant? Get the damn fries *every time. Trust me. I’m going through six months of chemo and the fries are so good that I crave them when no other foods sound appetizing. I hope this place is here to stay!
