I consider myself to be somewhat of a Portland foodie who enjoys all our Food Carts have to offer. And I have to say that my favorite item right now is the WOW cheesesteak from WOW Cow. Whatever tasty ratios of ingredients they put together in this sandwich, have me absolutely hooked! I need one at least once a week.

My son said they made the best burger he has ever had and he knows good food as a Portland kid. The bowl I had was delicious. I will certainly be back next time in Tigard. It’s really nice that it’s located at the park—we took a nice long stroll to walk-off the tasty meal.

The people gave super friendly and attentive service.
Food: Bop Bowl, Wow Cheese Steak and basil truffle fries -- came fast out and were delicious! In fact, I didn't even think about taking a photo before it was nearly demolished.
As a finishing flourish, we got two tiny cows! Wow! 🤓
