I tried this place for the first time today and let me tell you I had the Best breakfast hands down that I have had in a long time. The biscuits and gravy were Perfect and huge portions. The bacon was expensive but was great! And the donut I had next door to this place (attached to this restaurant with a hall way connecting the two) hands down has THE BEST APPLE FRITTER I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIGE. It could not have been better in any way shape or form. I was blown away!!...
Visited for Breakfast as we left Tillamook. It was a 10, good ole country cooking and lots of it. Clean, comfortable, good service, all a person could ask for. Highly recommend the Fern.
Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was very diner like. The wait to get a table was double what they said it was and we were on a time crunch. Had we know how long the wait would be we would have tried somewhere else. Once seated though orders were taken and food arrived in a timely manner.
I got french toast. It was very good but the sausage links tased odd to me..? I didn't finish them. My husband said they tasted fine so maybe it was just me.
