Amazing Thai Pinapple Fried Rice! A friend and I stopped for lunch on our way through town, and I just wish I lived closer so I could eat here all the time. Definitely worth the stop if you can! The gentleman was friendly and courteous... a happy experience all around. :)
I got the pineapple chicken curry, I was made the wrong order, I felt so bad telling the guy I needed it remade, but he was such a gentleman about it, and made me the right meal quick and fresh. He was very sweet, and the food as always is AMAZING. will come back again 🤤

Happy Thai is a Thai food spot in Tillamook that visitors highly praise. Many people driving through town stop at this little spot and love it. The service is very friendly and the gentleman is a nice guy, friendly and courteous, always service with a smile. The food is fresh and made upon order. The Pad Thai is some of the best, and the Pad Thai noodles with chicken medium spice is very well prepared and worthy of a five star. The Amazing Thai Pinapple Fried Rice is amazing. The pineapple chicken curry is amazing too. The cashew shrimp did not disappoint at all, served with a really nice sticky white rice. The portions are huge, enough for two meals, and the prices are reasonable and very good and competitive. The eating area is for all the food trucks, with covered seating as well and an awesome vibe. It is a food truck, but people should not discount it simply on that basis. The collection of food trucks at this spot is really nice and clean. The atmosphere is good, though it was too cold to eat outside in February with no heaters. Happy Thai is definitely a place to come for Thai food in the Tillamook area.
