Super fun place to visit if you're passing through. We shared the grilled cheese sandwich and mac and cheese. The m&c noodles were a bit over cooked but the grilled cheese sandwich was excellent.

The food court was great when they first re-opened after the remodel but since it's obvious they expect visitors to pay a premium for sub par food and even worse service. Our last visit confirmed why we stick with ice cream in the food court and even that is questionable. We walked up to the ice cream counter and the teenage workers behind the counter at first could not be bothered to acknowledge us amidst their goofing around. Then one of them gave me attitude when I had to repeat my order of kids cups for both my son and myself. We would skip ice cream entirely but it's a bit of a tradition when we go to the creamery and if it wasn't for the fact that at least that hasn't changed I would take them down the street to Fred Meyer and buy a container of Tillamook ice cream there for a fraction of the cost. Overall I hope they make changes to the food court as it puts a big negative mark on the overall experience.

Food was terrible. The joy, the hope that it was gonna be as good as I thought it would be was entirely quashed by the poor quality of the food that I paid a premium for. My sandwich lacked flavor overcooked chicken no sauce to speak of despite their description stating delicious honey mustard rosemary flavors. Couldn't finish. Mac and cheese watery and uninspired

I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but what I received had clearly been made a long time ago. The fries were soggy and not even warm, and they gave me a nearly burnt, blackened sandwich. The staff saw this but didn't seem to care, as they knowingly gave me the burnt sandwich with an indifferent expression. Even though they knew it was for my child, they still served the burnt food, showing a lack of integrity.

Underwhelming food. Had better cheese curds from Culver’s fast food. Kids burger was horrible. Mac and cheese was ok. Lines are incredibly long.

Feels like a cafeteria at a school on parent visit weekend. For the food, the burgers looked good but I just got ice cream.

I tried the limited edition "Campfire Peanut Butter Cup". I give that ice cream a 4/10. It should be called "Marshmallow [something]". Flavor was off and not representative of the name. Should have had a smokey flavor with hints of Chocolate or Graham cracker. Instead overly marshmallow sugary flavor, with a few, very seldom peanut butter cup bits. The flavor dynamic was pretty flat.

I chose poorly.

Total Zoo. 100% a skip. Free cheese is not worth the Disneyland size crowd. It’s well done, but like… who cares. Waited for a LOOOONG time to pay $100 to feed my family cafeteria food. IKEA is at least cost effective and somewhat unique.

Kind of embarrassed to be here TBH.

Not my people not my scene.

Absolutely abysmal service. They closed the pizza side of the cafe an hour early. They have items they don’t offer on the menu but don’t remove them for whatever reason. After you make your order they give you a buzzer to keep at your table and say that they’ll find you and bring your food to you. Apparently that doesn’t work well as the kid delivering our food got lost and was walking around in circles till we had to find him and ask if he had our order. The food itself is mediocre, salty and somehow under flavored.

The food was definitely not worth the price. The burgers were priced for a decent restaurant, and they had the quality of a fast food joint. The cheese curds I'd say were the biggest letdown being cold and overcooked. Definitely will say everything comes from a freezer bag, considering I can buy the exact cheese curds online. The seating was crowded, and the tables didn't seem to get cleaned off, so there was trash on them left from previous individuals.

The deal here, you get a burger the quality and size of McDonald's at a decent restaurant price. This is so far the worst meal I had during my trip to the US. do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Fried cheese curds were the only things on the menu that went above my expectations. Highly recommend the apple bbq sauce on the side to go with them. The rest of everything was a bit plain. Frankly… i expected more out of this tourist trap.

Very busy but very good food. I didn't get a chance to do the tour or get ice cream because of the limited time.
