Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I don't do fast food often, but when I'm craving a great deluxe cheeseburger and don't feel like making it at home, this is my spot. Their double cheeseburger with veggies (#5) is the best drive thru burger in the area in my opinion. Fresh and juicy patties, good cheese and veggies, and a soft and chewy bun. Yum! The team at this location is efficient and accurate and I really appreciate that. They haven't let me down yet! Bummed that they discontinued their amazing corn dogs but I'm just a weird duck I guess. Seems like almost all my favorites at different restaurants aren't selling well enough to stand the test of time (including the double decker taco, green burrito, BK broiler, and many more).
Anyways, as far as local DQ's are concerned, this is the stand out location. I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed here!

Big thumbs down. Went in this evening 11/11 to enjoy a chilli dog and a blizzard for veterans day and the guy in the back making my food threw it across the service counter like it was a bowling ball! If that is any insite on the work ethics of kids these days then i wonder what else they do to our food! Nothing was said, no apology, just heres your food. I live 2 blocks from there and i did like getting my DQ on from time to time. Now i will drive across town to another location that has better service.

The hamburgers and chicken strip sandwiches are NOT even warm! The sandwiches are cold! The cheese is not melted on the hamburgers. I've had to ask for another hamburger or sandwich that is not cold! Service is getting bad! Not going to eat at this Dairy Queen anymore!

Very unprofessional when I asked for the two for five, they only gave me one when I asked to speak to the manager, Matthew. He wanted to sit there and argue with me. I told him I did not want to sit here and argue. I just let them know to let their worker Understand what people are saying instead of assuming never repeated my order back to me. I will not be going back.. I will be contacting corporate as well. Shitty service

We walked in at 8:27 and tried to order food and halfway through the order the lady at the counter says it's basically 8:30 which is when sit-down closes. However the sign says the lobby is open until 9:00. She was incredibly rude about it. Horrible customer service.

Not your typical Dairy Queen? This location seems to have been renovated recently... the dining area looks newer and the restaurant looks pretty clean in general. The staff are friendly and service is fast. Definitely one of the best Dairy Queens - and fast food restaurants, I've ever been to.

Fast, friendly and fair prices. I used the app to redeem/ordered my complimentary Birthday sundae 🍨 I chose hot fudge. Other options were Carmel and Strawberry. It was delicious!
