This location has the most friendly employees. They are always upbeat and happy. They seem to really enjoy their job. Jayce was especially kind and helpful.

The last 2 visit have been very disappointing, there is a new lady in the register and she is very cold for the customer service part , yesterday we order 3 milkshake and she gave a drink carrier which I didn’t ask for but thank you , then she got my cc for payment but then she didn’t offer - if i wanted a receipt, so I ask for one and her look was awful like if I disturb her for asking a receipt, how do I know if you really charge me what i purchase. Always offer for a receipt don’t expect customer not wanting their receipt. This lady needs to go in the back of the register , she is awful.

Always fast and delicious great DQ

The manager Brayden is super nice! :) Called to get help with my mobile order and he was extremely helpful and ensured my food was fresh as I’m currently seventeen weeks pregnant and needed to make sure the chicken was cooked to proper temperature. Been coming here for 20 years and he’s the best manager this location has ever had hands down! :)

this dq continues to disappoint i came through and ordered a water and a butterfinger blizzard with peanut butter and fudge added to it and somehow i got charged for a lemonade and the peanut butter and fudge that were never added to the blizzard. I refresze my blizzards because this dq also never turns them upside down and so they’re always slightly melted, anyways i waited 2 hours for it to refreeze, took the lid off and there’s none of the ingredients i added so i went back and they wouldn’t let me keep the messed up blizzard even though it was there mistake and they just threw it away instead of telling me to keep it and they remade my blizzard all melted once again and needs hours to re solidify. AGAIN. this dq never goes above and beyond for anyone, i asked for a second water as well and was charged an additional .25 which no big deal but you’d think they’d know i wanted two waters when i said a second water. just no care. so mad. the store can’t even take a second to answer one of the 15 calls i’ve made. never eating here again and this store needs major restaffing.
