Came through the drive through they made my shake into a blizzard then proceeded to give me the extra blizzard free and re made the shake. So I ordered 3 blizzards, one shake, and a banana split, and left with 4 blizzards, one shake and a banana split to get home and realize my personal blizzard wasn't even there they gave me 2 of the 4 blizzards wrong. Then I had to drive all the way back from Rickwood which is a 15 minute drive because they did not give me a receipt so I had to make the swap tonight or else it wouldn't be valid. Then instead of offering a refund or maybe a coupon for next time they just made my small blizzard a medium... I won't even eat that much ice cream, do better.

Every time I'm asked to wait in the parking lot they always forget to bring part of my order then and I have to get back in line to get what they have missed and it's always busy. When I finally get there and tell them they forgot something they treat me with attitude and look at me like it was my fault! Like I'm lying and again the attitude I receive for asking, instead of apologizing for messing up my order, and one leaves with anger after all that. Never receive a pleasant service, never get a thank you or have a great day. Expect to get bad attitudes and zero politeness and always always check your order before you leave.

Don't waste your time or money here. Forgot the Hamburger in my daughter's kids meal, called to say something. You can tell they don't care at all. Drove back to get it, then drove back him to eat my own meal to find they forgot something else. Called again to let them know, and they kid on the phone could care less. Some people don't deserve jobs because they are hardly doing their job they are earning money for.
