I just don't get it so there one of the lady's that closes early all the time it's not even 12 yet so annoying god dam if you think you can come here an hour before closing think again it'll just be closed

12/12/2022: I wisnessed an incident today that displayed gross conduct on the part of the owner, and her employee. Long story short, a man claimed that the elderly female employee shorted him $100. He said he paid for his cigarettes with a $100 bill, and in addition, asked for change for another $100 bill. He said she got flustered and only gave him the change for the cigarettes. He was being kind, and the lady doubled down and was arguing with him. Other customers went against him because they wanted to cash in their tickets. 15 min later, the owner arrives and makes things worse by not allowing him to really speak. She was talking over him and telling him he has to wait 3 days for an audit, and she cant check camera footage from 5 minutes ago. She took advantage of a language barrier and was rude to him. When he gave up and left, she yelled "go make some more! (money)". At that point, I wanted to intervene, but I didnt because I knew they would probably kick me out. But this is what I wanna say; that elderly female employee is VERY SLOW at counting out money. she gets flustered and has to re count. She does it often. The owner was wrong for how she handled it, and the employee was too. He may have been wrong, but they may have been wrong. He should have called the police. and he should report them to the oregon lottery. After he left, the owner starts having dialog with her employee and it sounded like the employee had made some mistakes.....and the owner didnt even understand what happened. It was sad that she treated that man that way, then gets the details AFTER THE FACT. Makes me not want to go back. He's better than me, because I would not had left after being shorted $100.Updated 6/3/2023: I went in again a couple days ago... Waiting for a machine for a few minutes. When someone finally got off one, I walked over to the machine and there was an extremely bad poop odor. The person who had just left the machine left the odor. I almost gagged. I was discreet and waited for the person to leave and I kindly asked the male employee if we could wipe down the chair and machine (which they should be doing after every use anyway in my opinion). He kinda turned his nose up and gave a look like I was being stuck up. He didn't even answer my question. He just walked off. He barely sprayed a towel and proceeded to hand it to me. I told him there was a bad odor and he still acted offended that I asked for it to be cleaned. He made sure he didn't clean it. He gave it to me.I don't come to this location nearly as often as I used to because the staff and owner are not my favorite. I go elsewhere even though it's the closest to me. I don't know why someone would get offended because a customer wants their area fresh. I think he didn't like because he took it as I was trying to tell him to clean up. But in all actuality I said "can we clean" the machine and chair....I said it like that because I didn't want to TELL him to do it. I was ok with doing it. Even though the employees SHOULD do it. Anyway, another reason I don't really like this location

Awful horrible place. 90 year old drunk bar flies hanging around. A fat and angry ummm woman, I guess you'd call her. Nasty, just plain nasty.Angry fat woman had answered my phone call, and gave me incorrect information. I was ready to just let it go, her smell wouldn't.She doubled down (so now she weighed over 800 lbs) and screeched. It's obvious she hates her life.Most of the Dotty's are rough, this one is inexcusable.

A interesting piece to tell you. If you use the atm it gives you the option to buy Bitcoin. The world's largest crypto currency. The prices are very reasonable for food and drinks. Don't forget to tip the person up at front.

Online it says Troutdale. He's. He's open till midnight. On the door it says open till midnight stop there to get a pack of smokes at 11:15 and the doors are locked. Lady in there just sat there and stared at me same as a person playing video poker. You might want to get your hours of operation under control I spent a lot of money in their ridiculous I won't be going in there for a while

Pulled up at 11:50 to get cigarettes. Girl was outside smoking. She literally put out her cigarette, went in and locked the door. It says open till midnight. It would have taken me two minutes or less to buy a pack of cigarettes.
