Got a surprise today at the drive-in, $2.18 for 2 small chocolate chip cookies, used to pay $1.00 for 2, sometimes 3 cookies! The guy at the window was very rude when I was shocked by the price! Won't be buying them anymore!!

The complaints I have are things that the employees I encountered don't really have control over, I guess it's just the new McDonald's way of doing things. They're trying to train the customers to get used to less personal interaction.
I don't care for the order taking kiosk. I was paying cash so I needed to go to the counter and see a person anyway. I felt it was very impersonal at first and I couldn't get the scanner to work, to scan my QR code for me to earn points. An employee ended up helping me place my order anyway and then we still had to walk back to the counter to give me my change. It would have been so much faster to place my order traditionally. I ordered 1 burger and 1 drink. It was frustrating that I couldn't just tell someone what I wanted and be done with it. There was another man having issues ordering as well. He had to wait for the women to help me order then get my change from the register before she could help him place his order on the kiosk. It was a bit chaotic there. the wait time for my order was longer than expected. To be fair I ordered no salt on the burger so I probably had to wait for them to cook the patty.
I order no salt on all my burgers because I had a burger from McDonald's that was too salty and I threw it away. Maybe that was a 1 time thing where it was oversalted, but I think the food is salty enough that I don't want them adding more. Ketchup alone is more than enough salt.

This place is the worst McDonald's ever. The employees are lazy and don't want to work. I won't eat there but I figured I would get a mocha at 11:00 pm and the machine is down for cleaning. Ok so went back 2 hours later and I was told by the same employee that it is broken. If they don't want to serve mocha then take it off menu. Wasted my lunch time and my break. I would rate there food but it's not even worth it everyone already knows

Last four times I went there, the order was wrong or missing things, salad with no dressing and so on. Once I was stolen from, order was incorrect but was charged for it, a double versus a single, I didn't take the receipt, so sad to bad have a nice day. This time when I checked the order at the drive through before pulling off and spoke up, guy in a black uniform stuck his head in the window and asked why I go there then? Probably because I thought you you make a order correctly, but I was wrong and I won't be back.
