Rooms do not have climate control, coffee maker, iron, or tv. There was fresh coffee in hallway outside my door. Place has seven pubs. This hotel is a winery, brewery, and a distillery. Has a very nice outdoor heated mineral pool.

We absolutely loved our time at Edgefield Residence. The peaceful setting with breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery and natural landscapes, the kindness of the hosts, and the beautiful rooftop made every moment special. It’s the kind of place that stays in your heart long after you leave.

Amy with the September 6 wedding was so helpful and so amazing!

Attended a Teddy Swims concert only to have our view blocked by a giant tent along with thousands of other people. This was after I had to cut my towel for two people to sit on because it was 3” too wide and 10” too long. Ridiculous! Will never step foot on Edgefield again.

This place is hit and miss. Sometimes, we have a wonderful time, and sometimes, we cannot sleep or are inconvenienced. It depends on which floor you're on and which room you're in. Some of the doors slam automatically. And the bathrooms do not all function the same. This last trip, the entire place is really not clean. Toilet seats. Carpet. Sinks. Showers. It's not very expensive to stay here, but I do expect basic cleanliness, even at busy historical properties. The beds are not comfortable in some rooms either.

The food was good but a bit pricey

I did not get a room, but the service was great and the staff were inviting. I've been to other McMenamins and I have enjoyed this location the most. You are able to walk around with drinks, there's a golf course, and fire pits. It was a great time!

Went to this Venue for Peach Pit and Briston Maroney show! Was super awesome, glad they have chairs for rent and lots of food options. Didn't go inside much since the show is outdoor. Staff was all really kind and helpful anytime we had questions

Great location and theme site. Gardens, pools, spa and eating venues of great variety and interest. While all the servers were friendly and courteous, a lot of training was taking place which was disruptive to smooth service. Hopefully it all takes and service will rise to level appropriate to venue.

Great concert venue, parking can be brutal before and after the concerts. Be prepared

If you’re a day visitor don’t bring a dog. We looked up if the grounds were dog friendly before planning our trip and they say yes, but when you get there your dog isn’t allowed anywhere you’d want to go. I understand indoor food establishments, but they’re not allowed to walk in any of gardens or the numerous pop-in bars. Pretty much have to keep them on the asphalt the whole time. I would NOT label this place as dog friendly just because they have some poop bag stations and you can pay extra to have your dog stay in specific hotel rooms. Otherwise it’s really not. Wound up cutting our visit short because we were led to believe it was. What a shame because it’s an incredible place but we felt a little misled. They have printed out rule sheets for your pets..why not put that same info online?? Even if you plan on working around the rules it will be more restrictive than you expect when you get there.

As a concert venue of this place is pretty cool.

I was extremely disappointed with dinner. The food took 1.5 hours to be served, it was cold and it cost $103 for 3 people. We only had 1 soda each, it's not like we were drinking a lot of expensive wine or anything. I will never go back. I hate to say that because I used to love going as a kid and bringing my kids there. It's just gone downhill
