Got the vegetarian momos. Staff is friendly. Food came out right at the time they said it would. Momos were quite good! The sauces they give really elevate the food.

This is a tough review to write. The momos were beautifully crafted. The momos and condiments *tasted* delicious. But I’ve never been served a disheveled heap of momos, mostly upside down or sideways, some already broken, steamed so long that each fell apart when I picked it up. A plate of momos presented with care is beautiful, worth of admiration, an exquisite way to begin a meal. Since I was going to eat them on the spot, I’d have much preferred them arranged on a paper plate instead of crammed into a plastic tub. I’ll try this cart again because it has great potential, but for the price I won’t want their momos again overcooked in a heap.

This was some of the okay-est vegetarian food I’ve had in Portland. Yes, they have vegetarian options, but I wasn’t impressed with the momos or the tofu chow mein. Both were kinda greasy and not really that awesome. If you’re in Portland, there’s so many better vegetarian options out there.

I got the chickpea curry roti and it was literally almost entirely just rice. The flavor wasn’t there and barely any chickpeas were given. Based on the great reviews this place has all mentioning female workers I’m presuming that the bad quality was due to the guy working there today. My partner got a chicken fried rice that had about 5 pieces of chicken throughout it. Our stomachs hurt from eating the food as well :(

You MUST order the chai!!! Super legit. Best in town. I rarely like to order chais in most places because it’s some mix but this is what chai is supposed to taste like!!! So wonderful.

Binu (sp?) was also super sweet and kind. Can’t wait to come back for more chai and to try all their other dishes! :)

Very tasty! The Veggie is great with the sauce and the chicken is good by itself, but the dipping sauce adds a little more. The lemongrass infused sauce was delightful as well. Highly recommended 👌 👍. Stop by and enjoy!

I had the chicken dumplings, and the owner gave us free veggie dumplings because she had made extra. Everything was made from scratch and this place is family owned. $1 coconut is a steal!

Came for dumpling fest - was quoted 30 min wait. It took 45 minutes.
If you sign up for an event, you should prep for it.

I really love getting the chai tea and tropical salad. The women are always so kind and helpful. Ive also gotten the momo and chow mein and liked them both a lot.

Binu is a single mom making everything in this cart by hand. It is SO GOOD. In a pod full of great things to try, I have to keep coming back here for more. Whatever the sauce is with the #1 is so banging. Cheers!

I have been all over Portland looking for momos that live up to the ones I used to get in Colorado. I FINALLY found it here at Namo Buddha. Incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. I absolutely will be back for more of these!
