There was a problem with my order, probably my fault but the manager on duty.. can't remember her name but it was around 6ish at night and she was amazing!! Fixed my order and was very patient and kind about it! I've had nothing but bad experiences with pizza hut but she made me hopeful to order from them again!! Thank you for your help!!

Got delivery. Driver was basically on time ..my apartment is hard to find. She found it and food was still hot, and delicious. Everything was good as expected. No issues . I like the food and service of pizza hut better than Dominos. It's worth the going the xtra distance.

I have ordered from them twice now and neither time did I get what I ordered. The first time they didn't bring my free breadsticks that they sent me the link for for my birthday. Second time they didn't bring me my garlic butter, the order was 20 minutes late and it tasted like crap. It wasn't any better than a totino's frozen pizza. Now here I go for a third time because they sent me an I'm sorry it was late code for a free Pizza and it won't let me use the code. It says this deal is not available. Worst personal experience multiple times. I also received a email saying that I could get free cheesy bread with my rewards points but now it decided I don't have any rewards points.

Pizza Hut on 257th Street:
I had the worst experience at this Pizza Hut location, thanks to an incredibly rude employee named Holly. I specifically asked for no pork on my pizza due to dietary restrictions, but when my order arrived, it was covered in pork. When I called to address the issue, Holly was extremely dismissive and insisted that she knew for a fact that she didn't put pork on the pizza. To make matters worse, she hung up on me mid-conversation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location, and I advise others to avoid it as well.

As a company that no longer puts out quality food, you would at least think that their services would Exceeded. I don’t even want to share what my experience. It’s just not needed anymore. These companies aren’t doing anything to make anything better. They just continue to raise their prices while handing out bad service to underpaid employees and not so amazing food. I also will no longer order Pizza Hut from 257th, Troutdale Oregon.

I order my pizza on line at 7:00 p.m (Pizza Hut 257th, Troutdale Branch). I got there at 7:15 and saw my name and it shows 7:26 should be ready. Staff are very disorganized and a guy who is in the back kitchen was so loud and keep on laughing and just goofing around instead of helping out to get the customer's orders. People are lining up and waiting also for their pizza. Customers pizza is ready but they cannot find their orders. It was chaotic in the back kitchen and the whole staff are just talking and laughing and didn't care if people are watching all of them.Customers were starting to get irritated because they have been waiting for so long as well. It’s already 7:50 and my order still not cooking so I just cancelled my order. Additional to that, the guy ( with pink hair)who is prepping the pizza touches the floor with his both hands and didn't even bother to wash his hands. He went back prepping the pizza and continued laughing and was really loud. Not sure who is the Manager that time but the lady who’s helping out at the front desk says she doesn't work to that branch and she is just helping out. I will definitely file a complaint to the headquarters. I will no longer order Pizza Hut to that branch( 257th, Troutdale Oregon. The kitchen is so gross and the counter is so messy. So disappointed! ?
