We were on the road traveling home wanting to stop in for something quick it took about 45 minutes to get our food without any service anywhere. They only came out when I came in to say it’s been over 30 minutes get our money back and let’s go. 15 minutes later my adult son came out and said that they couldn’t refund my money. I have contacted customer service with no response from them either. Probably why this location is suffering so bad. Do better please

The whole food area was covered in garbage, we were made to wait an incredibly long time for our small order, and when we did receive our order we did not receive everything we had paid for. The customer service was terrible and this place is disgustingly unsatinary.

I tried to order DoorDash from this location 45 minutes before they closed. The order went through but the location cancelled it. Go elsewhere.

You wouldn’t expect a gas station Popeye’s to be an especially friendly and kind joint, but everyone here is so sweet. Tried the new ghost pepper chicken sandwich with cheese and it was not much different than the regular spicy but was satisfying. Would go here again just cause the staff has good vibes.

Ok guys. Who let you price combos as high as 17.50. Like what the hell is this. No way. I waked over to McDonald’s and got a $5 meal lmao. Keep your chicken. I didn’t want to pay for the whole flock. Just 2 pieces.

Only came to write a review because Cassidy is an all star worker! Not only was she friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service she was very welcoming which isn’t a feeling you usually get when going to fast food places! I’ll definitely come back to this location just for her service :)

The worst place to get food go elsewhere. First of all the service is poor. The worker named Salem got all of my order wrong. I asked for spicy wings and he told me I asked for sweet and spicy wings. How could I have asked for something that I didn’t know existed. I really tried to bear through the saugy not very hot at all wing but it started to make me sick. Instead of saying “hey ma’am sorry about that” he started arguing with me. I had to come in twice first for the sauce then the wings. Do not eat here. Simple. Childish and disrespectful behavior.

Service was garbage, a bunch of disorganized kids — took 35 minutes to get a screwed up order. Place was dirty. Food was so-so: terrible for the price.
