Came here with some friends to try out food as my fiance and I are considering using them for catering, and I am super happy with them. My fiance still needs to try them, but they are doing well so far. Sophie let us do a tasting even though they don’t normally do them on fridays, and she did all the pairing for us and did an excellent job. The favorites were the chicken basil tortellini, Chicken Parmesan, Mediterranean penne, and ravioli marinara. Those were so good that the other dishes we tried while not bad by any means, were a little underwhelming. I think you could probably get just about anything and be happy with your meal, but those were the table favorites.
Thank you so much Sophie for the excellent service, and we will be back with my fiance next time!
Clearly understaffed, but they were doing their best! We didn’t get our lunch sides of salad or soup. Pricing is fair. I enjoyed my carbonara. I think classic pasta dishes are better than the more obscure dishes here.
Staff is kind but as more restaurants open in troutdale I think I’ll be trying those instead next time. Overall, the place is mediocre and outdated in a way that isn’t charming unfortunately.
Food and service were great. Only word of caution... if you eat outside, there are a lot of people walking around, and some have dogs and some dogs do not so pleasant things while your eating.
Went during happy hour and had a dinner for 2 including your choice of over 20 pastas, we choose the spaghetti and meatballs which were all made in house. Your choice of 1 appetizer and soup or salad for $22. Happy hour drink specials and desserts.
Will definitely be back
Fabulous. Staff. Creamy spumoni ice cream.
I recently tried the dinner deal for two at Ristorante Di Pompello, and it was an amazing experience! For just $36, we got one appetizer, two soups or salads, two dinner pastas, and one dessert—such a great value.
The bread they served at the beginning was absolutely delicious, especially paired with the soup. We chose mozzarella sticks for the appetizer, and they were perfectly crispy and flavorful. The pasta dishes were tasty and satisfying, though I’d love to explore more of their menu next time.
As for dessert, we had the tiramisu. It was okay, but the cream that came with it was outstanding, so I’m definitely looking forward to trying a different dessert on my next visit.
On top of all that, the view from the window added to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I loved it and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

Photo is of my cute grandma getting her favorite ice cream, she was so excited!!
Minestrone soup didn't taste like minestrone. But WOW do you get a lot of food for the prices!!! She had the fifteen special which came with a generous portion of spaghetti type pasta Primavera with salmon shrimp and other seafood. Then got free soup, bruschetta and the ice cream.
I got a Greek salad with salmon (only fourteen!!!!) And then tried 3 meatballs, plus lunch came with soup. Again you get huge portions so we took some to go.
The waitress didn't seem to care/engage whatsoever, I think she was just young. We had to go up front to pay because we didn't have a bill. I think it was the manager or someone else that rang us up..But their busser girl they had was so sweet and kind! She will make an amazing server soon if not now
Parking was insanely difficult so plan accordingly if you have a cute granny that can't walk far.
Definitely worth trying out!
God bless

Basil artichoke dip is bomb but they didn't really season the chicken parmesean at all. Portions are great for the price but I'd like some flavor
The pasta wasn’t terrible, but what bothered me was all the food came out barely warm and quickly cooled to room temperature. The plate wasn’t warm. I assume the cold plate cooled the food quickly. Either way, when I eat at a restaurant I expect the food to come out HOT. Won’t be returning here

The building was cool. We got an upstairs seat next to the window and got to see the train go by. The food was awful though. I had a chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and my significant other had the chicken Alfredo. My chicken Parmesan was overcooked and rubbery. It didn’t taste Parmesan crusted at all. The chicken had a left in the fridge too long taste. The chicken Alfredo was okay. The noodles were undercooked and the chicken was very basic. I was super disappointed because the atmosphere was amazing. I won’t be going back unfortunately.

Local Italian restaurant that serves fresh, hot, seafood, salads and pasta. Well prepared, ice cold, variety of salads and shellfish hot and fresh. A pleasantly unexpected bit of fine food. Absolutely recommend if in the area. Salud!!

I have been here before several times and always have had a great meal. We had a large group upstairs, and the service was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed themselves visiting with a niece and her husband that we rarely get to see. I tried something different tonight and while it was good, it wasn't up to par with the other meals I've come to love here. It was the eggplant sandwich. The marinara sauce accompanying the sandwich was very good.
