It’s 93 degrees and I am a frequent customer. This is the only Starbucks I have ever been to that wouldn’t give me water without purchasing it. They wouldn’t even fill up a water bottle. I have a neurological disability and was very dizzy. The staff and management should be ashamed. Last time I come here. It’s flipping Oregon where water is plentiful and this location is 1/2 a mile from a river. Total BS. Evil corporation!

Great coffee and snacks. Terrific staff members. They are back to making brewed decaf coffee at most locations.

Huge, clean seating area. It's very wide open and spacious. They also have their own restrooms for customers. Their drive-thru seemed consistently busy. Great spot!

Yes, this starbucks has a drive-thru.
One of those Starbucks they don’t follow by the recipe
management is rude and needs an overhaul
I recently visited this Starbucks at the Columbia Gorge Outlets and had a disappointing experience. I kindly requested a customized iced drink at the register, and the barista taking my order was very polite and cordial. However, my drink was made hot instead. When I respectfully pointed out the mistake, they remade it, but unfortunately, the second attempt was poorly done—excessive milk, barely any ice (despite requesting it filled to the top), and overall a bland, warm drink with little flavor.
What made the experience worse was the attitude of the baristas. I could visibly see their frustration when remaking my drink, and the rushed, sloppy way they put it together made me regret even asking for the correction. It felt like my presence there was an inconvenience to them, despite my politeness.
To top it off, I ordered three drinks to go, yet no one offered me a drink carrier. I had to wait until a barista finally came back to the counter just to ask for one.
This visit left me with a bad impression of Starbucks customer service. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I do not like the new coffee brewing system. What you get is super concentrated espresso, not brewed coffee. I don't think this is an issue with staff, it's the way the machine works.

I recently moved here from out of state and I've had my ups and downs at other starbucks, BUT THIS ONE. The worst quality consistency of all I've been to. I usually drive to it Sunday afternoon, but not anymore after today 😔🤮

They don't even know what's on their menu. Tried ordering something twice and they thought I was trying to make something up. I also have to repeat myself three times before they understand because the intercom sucks. Then they don't know my order and think it's someone elses. Very slow service. Don't bother ordering from the bakery either. They never have anything.

This is by far the LOUDEST coffee shop I've ever been too. Relentless Bashing and clanging of dishes echoing. Sounds worse then a warehouse. Absolutely obnoxious.

Came in from dysfunctional travel center lack of access to electrical outlets that work…or anything think to eat before 12 other than fast food…Starbucks saved me
