A very open feel to this location. Bright and a good welcome atmosphere. They were quite busy on Sunday afternoon. My order was a little bland for my taste. I should of ordered something else besides the pistachio frap. Oh well.

I definitely do not like Starbucks I think they're too expensive the coffee is always too strong and I just don't understand the popularity of Starbucks I'd rather go to 7-Eleven by a cup of coffee don't care for Starbucks at all.

My 1st visit today after be impressed with the looks from the outside when walking by last night. Staff are friendly and very busy behind the counter; however, I was there for over two hours with lots of customer turnover taking place and not once did I see the staff wipe a table or clean up. The napkins ran out, the trash was overflowing, and the place was generally dirty. Management needs to better train employees on awareness of environment, not just serving coffee. Keep in mind there were at least 6 employees behind the counter.
As with all Starbucks, people are nice and friendly.

This is the nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Both in atmosphere and in customer service. I go to Starbucks often to work, and I almost was about to stop going to them all together. This location makes you feel valued and not an inconvenience to their lives. I hope Starbucks the company takes some pointers from this location in how to treat & serve customers. It’s amazing!

Everyone was nice, BUT I had gone to get some homework done and I needed an outlet but there was no tables open so I respectfully asked the cashier if I could move the tables and she said yes. I adjusted the table so nothing would be blocked & THEN in the middle of doing my homework, CHLOE comes out and raises her voice and tells us not to block the walk way... This should have been handled differently. That was not the proper way to talk to the customers Chloe.

Great big open Starbucks, definitely will stop by again when heading east on 84 for a quick pit stop. Great location for those looking to study/read/write as well.
