Called me a racist twice because I asked her why start speaking Spanish after helping me the employee she was speaking Spanish to was just speaking English why back and forth like that. I think that is very disrespectful to customers. She could have told him to do something to my food. If you want to use your native language do it on your time not the company's time. I didn't buy anything I left.

Ordered a loaded beef nachos, but it really had no meat, just beans, sauce,cheese,guacamole, sour cream. Totally sucked, taco is half lettuce with minimal meat and cheese. It seems they changed the chips and cheese. Nacho chips just taste stale and different.

Is only hot sauce .. you guys are the cheapest when it comes to hot sauce , mild sauce .. 2 per taco. Clearly you didn’t grow up eating Taco Bell. I think it’s wrong you guys have a limit is not like 3 more sauces will bring your store down. Or you gonna lose thousand of dollars therefore.. you guys have a the worse service and also overpriced .

Drove through drive through and found out there's no drive through for Long John Silver's. Didn't settle for Taco. Enjoyed Red Lobster instead. 8 in my party.

let’s just try a little harder with communication, customer service, accommodations, listening & understanding, learning your menu. As a manager I would try to motivate my employees more at doing a better job with helping their customers get what they want
