Honestly another fast food place that hooked me on their promo food. THE CHEESY BURRITO DIPPERS, had me coming back over and over making it my favorite spot for a quick but tasty meals.

I ordered 2 bean burritos and couldn't eat them till I got home because they were too runny to eat in the car. I had gone through the drive-thru. I have never seen them so runny. My wife had one that was the same way. Service was good but disappointed with the food this time.

I got my lunch here today. I ordered a nacho belgrande. It was so good!!! all really fresh! even the chips were fresh! i love this store because they always do a good job!

Stopped letting people in at like 10:00 even tho inside dining closes at 12:00 (clearly states on doors) then proceeded to lie and say only 2 workers are working even tho we saw closer to 4 or 5

Me and a couple guys came here at 11 pm not even 11:30 or anything close to closing. The staff said that they close at 9 even though on google it says 2am and on the store the hours say till 12. This is the second time this has happened but this time we double checked the store hours to make sure. We knocked on the locked doors till the manager came out. They said they closed early because they only have 2 ppl working when we could clearly see 4. I am surprised that these hooligans aren’t fired yet.

An oldie but a goodie, tacobell always delivers. I personally love this location as they are very quick, a long line goes very quickly at this establishment.

I did a mobile order today and all items besides the fries were wet from them being in closed "mobile order" bag - in fact all items were terrible :(
I went back to ask them to replace my meal and because I ate half of a chalupa they didn't replace the entire meal. Got home now with replacement food and it is cold and not the best.
THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED ! THIS PLACE IS USUALLY WONDERFUL... But tonight 11/13/2024 around 12:30am was bad, who ever is making the food tonight should not be. To the owner: figure this out, your going to continue to lose business.
I'll be taking my business to the Taco Bell by Home Depot in Troutdale moving forward.
Is it that big of a deal to just replace my meal? I went all the way back, brought the order and inconvenienced myself and now you've lost a regular customer!
