Great Burgers and the fries are very delicious! Fresh ingredients, friendly staff and they are quick on the food prep. I always say I try other menu items but always get the bacon cheese burger The Good Burger Shack
I tried the burger with a gluten-free bun as I was craving a good juicy burger. The burger patty was obviously frozen, very thin, and both the meat and the bun extremely dry.
The fries on the other hand were delicious and though it took a long time, the staff was friendly. I was on a very tight time crunch so I wasn’t able to return the burger. Had I had time, I would’ve taken it back and asked for something else.
Went there last night ordered a cheese burger and fries waited so long for my food everyone at my table finished eating and we where still waiting. I finally walk up to the cart after like 35 minutes just to be told my food has been sitting there for 20min getting cold and my buzzer never went off and then blame me for siting to far away for the buzzer not too work.
