Nice little pub, very friendly service. Good beers, normal sized sandwiches. The pretzel is very good. I would have preferred my chicken sandwich to be served in bread and not in a bun. The table next to the door is unfortunately subject to drafts, which is rather unpleasant.

I’ve ate here multiple times and am a HUGE fan of the food. I don’t know if it was an off night or because I ordered through DoorDash, but I was bummed. I got the 2 orders of the English Mac and cheese and a bowl of clam chowder. The clam chowder came in a very small cup to go cup (was a little sour when I saw how small it was after paying $12) and it just had an odd taste to it. The Mac and cheese also was just not how it usually is. $40 later (before delivery fees or driver tip) I was bummed, “broke” because DoorDash wouldn’t issue me any kind of refund and I was still hungry. I never mind spending the money the other times because the quality exceeded what I paid for. But this time was just not it. 🥲

Perfect! Food was phenomenal! We had the pretzel and cheese and the fish and chips! Best fish & chips I've ever had. Service was friendly and the atmosphere nice and cozy on a cold fall day.

Like another reviewer mentioned, this has become our go-to spot after hiking trips in the Gorge. It happened by accident- the last two times we've been out this way and looking for a cozy spot to relax and refuel on the way home, we tried to go to a place in Corbett, got lost, and ended up here instead. We didn't realize it was the same place until we arrived, but I was not at all mad about that! First time it was warm and we enjoyed the patio, second time chillier and I enjoyed a delicious hot buttered rum. Food was really good both times, like comfort food with a little extra(roast beef sandwich with bacon, beer cheese fondue and horseradish sauce, yum). Service is excellent and welcoming! I guess we'll be coming back on purpose now! (Only complaint this time was the loud pop-country music. Classic country wouldn't be so bad 😉)

Stopped in for a quick bit and a beer. The steak bits with horseradish were great and outdoor area was nice on a sunny afternoon
