Firehouse Subs has something secret that they put on their sandwiches that outshine every other sub shop. Their sandwiches are fresh, really delicious, and we like that they support Oregon firefighters. The cost is perhaps slightly more than other sub shops, (but what doesn't cost more these days), and it's so worth it. We visit both Gresham and Tualatin shops, and employees are always so friendly and stores are very clean. Great selection of sodas and chips, also.

The employees were so patient as a family with multiple kids placed an order in front of me, even though there were about 8 people ahead of me, my food was ready quickly. Fast friendly service.

Sandwiches are always great here. Some people say that the sandwiches are "wet" but I've always had good experiences. Might order it light on the sauce if you don't like a saucy sandwich.

Parking: Large mall with lots of parking whenever I'm there. Usually can get a spot near firehouse

Kid-friendliness: If your kids like sandwiches they should eat well here.
