“My son stopped at Bastions this past June 2025 and purchased 2 good sizes of your coffee cake. It was exceptional and so moist. We couldn't put our forks down! We're the ones who purchased a pecan pie from bastions last Christmas and a pumpkin pie last Thanksgiving. Both outstanding! Everything we've tried is excellent including the donuts. What makes MFF the best alternative to cooking are the knowledgeable staff who can answer questions about any item and the meals itself.“

“Super fresh, tasty, and you can tell it isn’t filled with fake sugars and juices. Our first time here and we tried the Icon smoothie, loved it. There’s so many more we want to try as well. It was really hard to choose between the icon and the collagen berry one. The gal making the smoothies and taking orders was super sweet as well!“

“This place has a great selection of vegan and vegetarian comfort food, as well as gluten free options. The staff is friendly and it has beautiful light. It would nice to have more protein and less carbohydrates. The drinks are overly sweet and it’s hard to find a meal with a decent amount of protein.“

“This is my favorite place to go for a gluten free buritto! It is a very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere -- fresh ingredients and I never get sick from cross contamination.
