Ordered my blueberry oatmeal this morning and got to work when I realized the blueberries they gave me were completely molded in the container. I took them back and asked to speak with the manager Caitlyn. She came over and asked “what’s the problem” I explained and showed her the berries. People are nice, a few times they have forgot take the cheese off my breakfast sandwiches, but it gets fixed. My biggest problem is how slow they are whether you are in the drive thru or inside, it takes them forever to make the drinks whether it's a hot or cold drink. Their time management is not the best.

Always good here. Service is always fast, clean dining area and friendly people. The staff is friendly, welcoming and writes positive messages on cups. Every morning the new employees attend with a smile and get orders right. Straws are sometimes requested; the staff will bring them if busy. The location is well staffed and every person gets a “good morning!” greeting. Customers with kids find the staff in no time replace spilled hot chocolate and clean up. One barista was an absolute sweetheart and got an order exact. Another barista was a rockstar, wrote encouraging messages on meal packages and coffee cups, and was praised for motivating customers. The atmosphere feels homey, open and relaxed. The baristas offered a suggestion for coffee to drink on the way home. The store is clean, fast, and the staff is friendly.
