I ordered a burger from Sando and Smash, the fries were cold, and the hamburger patties were about 4mm thick-definitely get the double. I will probably bypass this food cart next time.

Devastated that North fresh sushi is being kicked out of the bite in Tumalo. The complaint was that there were wait times and the reason there were wait times was because they were popular and had amazing food. It was nice to have a healthy option versus the other fast food trucks there.

We dined at The Bite Tumalo several times during our vacation in this charming area. Over the course of our visits, we tried the Hawaiian spot, the pizza place, and the sandwich/burger vendor—and enjoyed everything we ordered. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Coming from Texas, we especially appreciated being able to sit outside and enjoy the cool evening temperatures. It made the experience even more enjoyable.
This is such a fun place! Very nicely done and everyone seemed to be having a great time. There was plenty of seating and we were able to bring our dog in with us. They served beer and there was plenty of different trucks to choose from. We had Westside Tacos. Very unique and flavorful! The blueberry brisket taco and the root beer carnitas taco were both delicious. My only critique is they don’t have a designated pickup area at this particular truck so if there is a line of people ordering, it’s hard to get to your order for pickup when it’s ready.
