Chabelitas seems to be the place to go for dinner in Vale. Every time I drop in for a bite, they're doing solid business. I'm a fan of burritos, so that's generally what I get... and these do not disappoint! All of the burritos are a full meal. My dining amigos often take some of theirs home. I'll be back soon!

If you're craving delicious, classic Mexican fare, this is your place. Enjoy the salsa bar and believe the labels when they indicate hot and very hot, I'm relieved that the refried beans weren't loaded with salt. The chicken in my tacos was juicy and perfectly flavored. It's worth a stop or a drive from Boise. Very friendly, too!

We came from out of town on a random Tuesday afternoon wanting Mexican food. This place far exceeded our expectations. The service was quick and they were super nice. They had a chips and salsa bar with unlimited refills. And most importantly the food was delicious, flavorful, and very reasonably priced. By far the best Mexican food we have ever had! We will be making another trip just to eat here again. Highly recommend!
