Chabelitas seems to be the place to go for dinner in Vale. Every time I drop in for a bite, they're doing solid business. I'm a fan of burritos, so that's generally what I get... and these do not disappoint! All of the burritos are a full meal. My dining amigos often take some of theirs home. I'll be back soon!
If you're craving delicious, classic Mexican fare, this is your place. Enjoy the salsa bar and believe the labels when they indicate hot and very hot, I'm relieved that the refried beans weren't loaded with salt. The chicken in my tacos was juicy and perfectly flavored. It's worth a stop or a drive from Boise. Very friendly, too!

Nothing short of outstanding. Definitely something words cannot do justice. Experience this for yourself.Kid-friendliness: The staff is great with kid interaction... makes them feel like they're part of what's going on.
