Cooper's Wine Bar & Shop is a great little wine shop in Welches with absolutely amazing staff and great vibes. The staff, like Bri, is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and always picks delicious bottles. The baked brie is a must. There is a good selection of drinks, including carefully selected varietals by the glass or bottle, wine flights, and a good selection of craft beer on tap or can/bottle. A good selection of plates, sandwiches and charcuterie is also available, including pizza. Everything is nice for takeout, or eat inside or on their wonderful porch or deck. The quaint intimate setting even has games and stuff for the kids to do, though noisy kids and pets may be relegated to the patio. Prices are good, service is friendly. The shop is located behind the main shopping mall with a separate parking lot for at least 40 vehicles and has single floor wheelchair access. Stop on the way down the mountain or on the way up the mountain. Try Cooper's and enjoy it.
