The best underground bakery outside of Portland. The owners Suzie and Jesse are a pair of amazing bakers, they brought the perfect chill cafe and bakery to Welches that I had been wishing for, and as a local I visit every weekend I can!
Stopped in for lunch and was blown away by how delicious the sandwiches and soup were. I've never had such well baked baguettes. Ended up buying two loaves of bread and some baked goods as well. Honestly one of my favorite meals while visiting the area. Owner/baker is clearly onto something!

Cozy vibe, excellent drip coffee, and my new favorite breakfast sandwich. Plus, friendly and helpful service. We also took a loaf of sourdough and a strudel to go and were so happy we did. Glad this place exists and will definitely be back!
