Our crust on one of our two pizzas was blackened, not just slightly browned. Called for a refund for the 14" pizza that was over $30 and was denied. Said we'd have to drive back, bring the black pizza in to exchange it. We didn't have time to do this as we were having a family gathering, asked to speak with a manager and were declined any problem solving. Very disappointing customer service. I don't know why this place would only have a 3.8 rating. First off, the pizza was phenomenal. Rob did a killer job on the pepperoni pizza. The kids working were a little aloof, but they're just kids! The beer from Chapman's was delicious, it paired perfectly with the crunch from the undercarriage. We rarely get pizza and we decided to try Spectator as a take out treat. Glad we did. I ordered the Greenwich Village Pizza, which has a white garlic sauce, tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, garlic, grilled chicken topped with a balsamic glaze. We substituted sausage for the chicken and it was great! The crust was thin yet chewy, and all of the toppings were very good. Service was friendly and efficient, good quality for the price. We will be back.
