We love this place! We eat here regularly, and truly enjoy the food, cocktails, service, and ambiance. The black cod miso yaki is our favorite dish - it's delicious and I highly recommend it. The veggie and shrimp tempura is the best I've ever had, with an interesting mix of eggplant, mushrooms, squash, lotus root, and onions - all lightly battered and served with a delightful dipping sauce (pour the dipping sauce on the black cod, it's so good).

Amazing food, gorgeous location, great atmosphere. Have never had anything we didn’t love here. Our favorite sushi around and we’ve tried them all 💖.
Delicious and superb . Authentic high-quality ingredients and some of the best sushi I've had. No need to schlep to Portland. Yum!

Sushi Kuni & Cocktail Bar, located on top of Salamo Road in West Linn, Oregon, is a gem offering the finest sushi in the region. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and elegant, with gorgeous ambiance. The staff is warm, helpful, and exceptionally kind. The fish is consistently fresh, and the sushi chef is flexible to accommodations. The bar is stocked with high end liquors and wines. The black cod miso yaki is a favorite dish, delicious and highly recommended. The veggie and shrimp tempura is the best, with an interesting mix of eggplant, mushrooms, squash, lotus root, and onions, all lightly battered. Cocktails like the Japanese 75 and a shiso gin drink are well-balanced and very yummy. Food is beautifully presented, with quality and varieties. The restaurant is clean and elegant. Some food can seem adventurous, but all is delicious. The owner is a sweet and funny lady. A great dining experience for date nights or sitting at the sushi bar.
