Stopped in here on a walkabout in eastern Oregon. Great food, great service. No beer on tap which was a bit disappointing but a good experience overall.

Mid week visit. Not busy at 1:30pm on Tuesday. Cheese burger for my 6yr old and the Marshall Dillon for me. Ala carte menu. Beware of the add-on pricing. Menu says $4.50 for tots, charged $5x2 plates. Let it ride.

Service was nonexistent. Only one server/cashier/dishwasher. Bless her heart. I had to clean up my own spill and never got a refill on my first cup of coffee, $3. Asked for extra pickle and got a ton. A+. Never offered a refill on our sodas and has to fetch our own leftover clam shells from behind the counter. Felt like home.

Cost $55 for the 2 meals pictured. With tip, $70. I gave the young lady a substantial tip, though, regardless of the unsat service. I looked for her to check out after waiting patiently at my table for 20 minutes, no proof-of-life. I found her in the skullery up to her elbows in dish washing suds.

The atmosphere is akin to walking into my great g-ma's house and becoming overwhelmed by the visual onslaught of nik-nacs, paddy-wacs, and photogs affixed to nearly every available wall space. Nice touch but minimal access to view them with any intentionality. Guest tables line the walls which ultimately restrict avenues of approach. Picture a museum exhibit sans the viewing lanes.

Bring cash. NO CARDS CCEPTED! ATM in the bar with typical 3%-15% service charge per withdrawl. More out, less charged, right?

Food is delicious. A bit over cooked but delicious all the same. Only 10 tables that serve guests. About 40-45 guest limit. Didn't notice an occupancy limit sign, so just a guess.

I'd return for another round but I'm concerned that I'd have to beg for a refill cup of coffee. I mean, don't take my word for it. Check out the Longbranch if you're ever in Weston, Oregon after a weekday visit to the snow parks near Tollgate. My opinion? Not quite up to the rep that proceeded it. Ciao.

I ordered 2 pancakes, bacon and 2 eggs. The pancakes were very good. The eggs are small. The bacon was thin and undercooked, fatty and greasy.
That breakfast was $20. We drank water. That seems VERY high for the simple breakfast.
I paid for both breakfasts, $40, and a $10 tip.
I try to tip well but breakfast was not a fair price.

This one-of-a-kind gem is well worth the trip, tucked away in a small town named Weston.

I really enjoy the hearty country style breakfasts and the tasty burgers that are literally 6 inches tall.

All of the portions are huge, probably double what you find elsewhere, so we always take half home. The prices are ridiculously affordable, and probably half of what you’ll find elsewhere. And last but not least, the servers are charming and efficient. Check out the wall of photographs and articles on its history while you wait for your feast to be served up.

We enjoy escaping the big city (Pendleton)😉 Long Branch is a favorite stop for any meal with just my husband & myself or a family group of twelve. Great food & service. It can get busy for limited staff occasionally but we e never had any complaints. We don’t go there to be in a hurry, just drinks, food & quiet country atmosphere

Poor service, poor food, cash only, hair in my food, drink smelled like bleach, waited 15 minutes for the check after eating.

Other than that, a fine dining experience.
