“If you want to take a drive on a scenic route and end up at a great place to visit and have a cold beer or a great cocktail and something delicious to eat go to the tollgate crossing. You will not be disappointed.”
“I have eaten here over decades. The food has always been great, hot and plenty of it. I have enjoyed the staff, and the prices are affordable. I highly recommend them!”
“This is a wonderful Mexican restaurant. The first time I came here, I felt so comfortable. The owner is so sweet and helpful. The food is very unique from other Mexican resteraunts. My favorite place. A place to meet up with friends, and we don't feel rushed to leave.Parking: Parking along north mainKid-friendliness: Booths are comfy and an open areaWheelchair accessibility: Ground floor”
“Each time I gather in the MF area with friends we choose to meet at some point at the Upper 9! The place is always clean, the staff friendly, the food & drinks perfect! There is a larger indoor dining area, an outdoor dining area on the deck with a view of the golfing area, and a nice indoor bar between the two. They are very accommodating for small and larger groups. We have held planning meeting for 6-12 people and HS classmate events for up to 60+ people. We may make reservations months in advance, they push tables together for larger groups, bring on more staff, and handle us with ease! I have enjoyed eating there all times of the day. If you have not been to the Upper 9 for meals (including breakfast!) you have to stop in. This is a favorite of the locals as well as people who visit and pass through the area.Vegetarian options: They menu is well written, they are happy to adjust any items so as to accommodate all diets.Dietary restrictions: The menu is diverse, they are happy to adjust any items so as to accommodate all diets.Parking: There are a few parking spots in the front of the building and a large gravel parking lot across the street.Kid-friendliness: It is listed as a restaurant; however, I never have seen any children in the dining areas.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a nice ramp and strong handrail to the right side of the building for wheelchairs or people who have issues with steps.”
“Love this DB. They know my order. They know I like a surprise when it comes to how many extra shots I order. They are always smiling, and they talk to you like you are a friend. Wonderful people who work ”
“Great food, good portions. Added a "sports bar" which is basically a club which ruins the family atmosphere but besides the club they're trying to run in the back 5*”
“Some of the best sandwiches in the area. It is worth the drive from Walla Walla. My only concern was how rushed we felt while we were ordering. The last time we were there the atmosphere was not as inviting as it was before. The prices are great and the sandwiches are made with quality ingredients.”
“The food is great. We go there all the time. Great service and great margaritas. We look for Miguel and Veronica. La Ramada is our favorite place to eat.Parking: A whole big parking lotKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.”
“Super friendly and helpful staff. The perry was good, but very sweet. The cider, unfortunately, had the same problem as so many other commercial ciders, H2S a.k.a. sulfer. Commercial cideries really need to start treating their yeast better so they can prevent this.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample ramps and room for ability devices.”
“Fun little hole-in-the-wall tavern in Milton-Freewater, OR. I'm not an embiber but the daily food specials are my jam. More than just bar food. I like the soup and sandwich selections. I order off-menu. If they have it, they'll make it. Tip generously and the ladies backing the bar will treat you well. Slots along the perimeter wall give the place a real Winnemucca or Toppenish kinda vibe. Mostly, I like the location. It's next to my favorite tailor shop, shoe repair shop, and barber shop.”
“What a friendly experience, great cup of coffee and awesome, hand crafted, breakfast sandwich I enjoyed at the Sugar Shack! You will not be disappointed. The intimate atmosphere is expanded to the covered porch area and we found it a great destination for warm conversation over hot and flavorful house coffee. Prices are great as well.”
“We loved the food very good and old school authentic like a traditional old ma and pa burger shack but the pricing for the food was outrages. Too overpriced for how small the portions we were given and they offer no combo meals everything ordered separately. Over all tasted amazing and the milkshakes were delicious and handmade but did not taste as well you would think based on how much we spent.”
“Always consistent great place been a minute since I was in here and sat down to eat huge portions still prices a bit more than it was but you know everything is expensive nowadays.”
“It has been awhile since we last visited here. It was just as good as we remembered. And the wait staff was fun and very pleasant! Will return much sooner next time!”
“I go for ice cream, most the time and food rarely for Ive never really enjoyed the food, I have tried. I like doggie cup for my little one whom seems to go with me everywhere...Id give one more star if consistant service, some are great others must think im dieting, serving me as though i would like what they would, ice cream is made to be smothered with whatever toppings you ask, seems some try and protect me with only a drop of topping, they just dont get it, I want that feel of too much sometimes, thats what ice cream does for me...I want to have that Happy Hog feel ?”
“Smaller McD but very clean. My sausage egg McMuffin was done exactly the way sausage egg McMuffins get done and that's what I wanted. The coffee was outstanding much to my surprise.”
“Great service. We enjoy a Thai chicken every Tuesday. Steer clear of the BBQ chicken.... they don't put near enough BBQ sauce. They'll remake it with a smile but still won't have enough sauce. Might want to tweak the recipe.”
“All around good restaurant short wait time friendly staff always had the stuff I wanted. Has drive through and pickupVegetarian options: Lots of veggie choicesParking: Small parking lot but enough spots about 12 spotsWheelchair accessibility: Drive through”
“One of the cheaper fast food places. Staff not always that friendly at this location. Food is normally great but the other day my crunch wrap supreme had all the ingredients in a row, not so great for a flat food.Parking: Single entrance exit.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door but parking spot and I do believe I saw a table accommodating.”
“Really great pastrami sandwich!! I've had lunch here several times. They cater to dietary needs of their customers =) Thank you Outpost for great food and service!”
