Smaller McD but very clean. My sausage egg McMuffin was done exactly the way sausage egg McMuffins get done and that's what I wanted. The coffee was outstanding much to my surprise.

Vegetarian options: McDonalds does not cater to Vegetarians at all. Gotta improvise! My favorite treat is a hot fudge sundae with fudge and caramel both. Can’t beat it for the price. McDonalds makes the best and freshest breakfast type sandwich. The other fast food places just can’t compete. I eat dairy so I order the McMuffin with NO SAUSAGE (no meat).
