“I want to thank the crew today! I drive a school bus and were in town for a game. On our way home we stopped at the local McDonald’s here in Milton-Freewater so the kids could get something to eat as I waited in the bus a staff member came out and asked if I would like something to eat. They said Busdriver’s eat for free. It’s not just the free food but they took the time to come out in the cold weather and brought me something to eat. “I've been going to dairy Queen past couple weeks multiple times last night I went and my cheeseburgers we're cold when I get home. they were the last thing they gave me out the door and I'm pretty sure they were old the meat was crunchy and dried out and my cheese was not melted. never had this problem before so I do still recommend dairy Queen just don't go 15 minutes before closing“

“This was our first time at this Taco Bell location. It was quiet, clean, but busy! We ordered from the kiosk and my son asked for no sour cream and extra nacho cheese. I think this is the first time it has actually happened! Food was fresh and hot and everything was in our order the first time. Thank you!“

“HUGE shoutout to my two guys cooking up in the kitchen and giving me the best customer service ever!!! Taller Hispanic man who I think has the Nissan and the white guy with the blue Subaru!! These two gentlemen went out of their way to make me feel comfortable here and gave me time to look at the board without being rude!! They make the best fish tacos and have the best attitudes, I’m now a life long customer because of them!“

“I have visited the Kennewick (Columbia Center) and Yakima locations before visiting this one. This location is at a shopping center complex at the entrance to College Place that includes Home Depot, Burlington, and Marshall's. Quality of food, service, and atmosphere is all consistent with other locations, but is less busy and quieter, as is the town. It's very close to Fort Walla Walla, so would recommend to tourists.“

“The Whopper Junior deal of 2 for $5 is the best deal around! It comes with lettuce, mayo, tomatoes, and pickles(if u want), so it's not just a bun and meat. Very satisfying. For $7 u can get added fries r a drink. I go there weekly as there are also chicken burgers and other meals.“

“Building is clean. I've eaten here dozens of times. The ketchup now has the pour properties of water, and it tastes odd. Kitchen staff are very loud, shouting across the building when it is slow and quiet. It makes eating inside not relaxing. Similar to the random noise from speakers that sounds like news, but cuts off and on at random and is not what is on the TV.“

“Not bad service, however I do advise they repeat the order received to make sure nothing was missed.Having worked in such conditions I know it can be loud, and that rushes happen, repeating will also let the grumpy customers below know that they are being paid attention to.“

“I am happy we still have a play ground, Everytime I have ever gone there with my grandkids, the play area has been clean, clean tables, nice place for kid to play when it rains and you want lunch, it's a nice little break, our food orders have been always what we asked for.. love our McDonalds of Walla Walla, WA.“

“They greeted me as I walked in, I ordered two large pizzas at noon and they were ready in 10 minutes so very fast service. We were going to take them with us, but ended up sitting down and they served us at the table. Over the top friendly service that I am not used to. Restaurant was clean bathrooms were clean, very positive experience.“

“Just taking a moment to give Samantha, the Assistant Store Manager at Subway (located near Papa Murphys and Walmart), a huge shoutout. They had a ton of online orders to get through and a growing level of us in store. Unfortunately it was just her and one other girl doing everything. The other girl working seemed very, very new and Samantha looked like she was running full speed. We made sure to tell her she was doing a great job. An older gentleman ahead of us was hard of hearing and at one point his sandwich had to be remade, well after he had walked away from the counter. Samantha was very patient and corrected the issue immediately. There were 2 ahead of us when we walked in and another 8-10 behind us when we paid. Shortly after we sat down, a third girl arrived and they were moving orders quickly. All in all, great customer service. If you know her, please pass along our appreciation again. She was awesome.“

“As far as panda express locations go, this is a pretty good one. The place was clean and inviting and the service was decent. The only complaint I'd have is the chow mein Noodles were a little dry compared to some I've had.Overall a pretty good choice for fast ish food.“
