“Place was pretty clean. Employees were friendly. Where I usually run I don't get to see very many McDonald's so when I get to go to one I always do. Not that I mind Subway, Wendy's, or Arby's but I see them all the time. I try to watch my weight when I'm on the road but there is just something about a number 1 with a Sprite and 10 nuggets on the side with sweet and sour sauce that just hits right.Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like McDonald's?“
“First time going here and I wanted to give their deep fried breakfast chimichangas and I will say it did not disappoint as far with onions and jalapenos personal preference and it had that kick of a breakfast burrito that I truly do love I was given a little bit of a sample of their biscuits with cheese inside and that was another thing that I want now also was given a side of sauce and you can tell that the burrito was made by hand from scratch no pre-prep no nothing and the time it took for it to be made was amazing if you like good food and do you like to be outdoors or eating Outdoors then this is the place for you a little hard to find but worthParking: If you are in A wheelchair It may be a little difficult to get up to the windows since it's mostly gravelKid-friendliness: I was told during the Spring Time there are activities for kids while the parents eat they will have things for the kids to do mini golf little soccer and it's all fenced in away from the freeway with only one entrance and one exit so they're safety there“
“Very good Mexican food! They take their time to make sure it's prefect though which means there's around a 10 to 20 min. Wait depending on what you order but it's well worth the wait. They give you a buzzer to let you know when it's ready and it's styled like an old burger joint so you can park your car on the side and just chill til your order's ready. Highly recommend if you're looking for some excellent Mexican foodVegetarian options: They have some veggie options or you can ask for no meat for certain dishes. “We happened to this truck stop for an RV wash and fuel. It was on the back end leg of our trip and we were ready to stop for the day. We had no idea that there was an RV park behind this place. We called and got a spot for our 43 foot rig. We weren't expecting much but when we pulled in, we were greeted by the nicest camp hosts and an IMMACULATE property. Again, this is behind the truck rest area. The landscaping was nice, the park was quiet, the site was level, and hookups were a breeze. We had cable, water, sewer, and 50amp service. We got a discounted military rate but even without it, this park is a steal for what you get! I am currently sitting in a park in Montana that claims to be a "resort" with a third less amenities. We could not believe this was a truck stop. We never heard any disturbing noises from the trucks and did not "feel" like we were at a truck stop. If you are lucky enough to get into this place, grab it while you can. But don't use A1 Truck & RV Wash!“
