Sign said open but they had a car blocking the drive thru
We waited longer than normal to get waited on. The cashier had no greetings for us. No smile. And could hardly hear her when speaking. There was no cash in till. Had to wait until manager brought till up. This was 11am. There was no ice in pop machine in the lobby. The floor was sticky. It's gone down hill in the past few months. The training or the lack of it , starts with management. They need to learn how to greet customers.
Really love coming here late at night. The crew behind the counter makes the best Oreo cookie shakes 🤙
