17 Best Fast Food Restaurants in Richland

“Great food and fantastic service! I highly recommend the sweet and spicy chicken bowl. Everything I've had so far has had superb flavor. Customer service is also excellent.“

“I want to give credit to Drew and Jenny from the Richland, WA Five Guys shop. I was late picking up my order and they offered to give me fresh fries since my order was cold. This is the first place I’ve ever had that offered or even thought of. Appreciate the thought!“

“They made my son the exact concoction he asked for, even though it wasn't on their menu. He was a very happy customer. This store is always staffed by friendly employees. They tend to be generous by providing water for free in the summer time. I love their fry sauce. The chicken basket is also very tempting. I have good memories of Dairy Queen since I was a kid, and have enjoyed the experience at every location. When I lived out of state, they didn't have DQ. It's nice to be back, for the DQ especially.“

“The staff tonight was fantastic. My son had a little mishap in the restraunt and he went to the counter to let them know and they thanked him for his honesty and gave him a cookie! He was also pretty indesicive when choosing his food and the gentleman that helped us let him try a couple samples to narrow it down. All in all, great experience 10/10. We will be back for sure! Thanks Richland Costa Vida“

“We were greeted right when we walked in, and the service was excellent from start to finish! The food was fantastic, and everything we ordered came out exactly right. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of their food.

We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“

Out of the 3 zips in tri- cities. This one is the best. Used to go to zips when I was a child and I lived here when I was a kid. Now I'm living in Orlando Florida. Don't get down here that much but when I do I always go to zips burgers. I actually never been to this one before and should have. A lot better quality food. Fresh and hot. Great services. Especially Ian, my sever. Great name! The restaurant is clean. Go my food quick. And the best part is that you can pump your own tartar sauce. Other zips you have to pay for extras. The tartar sauce is the main reason I go. The best Tartar sauce in the world. In my opinion. I have tried a lot but nothing compares. So if your in town get yourself down here at this zips. Highly recommend.

Here's a polished version of your review that keeps your personality and enthusiasm:

Out of the three Zip's locations in the Tri-Cities, this one is by far the best. I grew up here and used to go to Zip's all the time as a kid. I live in Orlando, Florida now, so I don't make it back very often, but whenever I do, getting a Zip's burger is a must.

This was actually my first time visiting this location, and I wish I had come here sooner. The food was fresh, hot, and noticeably better than the other Zip's locations I've been to. The restaurant was clean, and I got my food quickly. The service was excellent, especially from my server, Ian—great name, by the way!

My favorite part? You can pump your own tartar sauce! At other Zip's locations, you have to pay for extra, and their tartar sauce is honestly the main reason I keep coming back. In my opinion, it's the best tartar sauce in the world. I've tried a lot of others, but nothing compares.

If you're in town and craving a great burger, I highly recommend stopping by this Zip's. You won't be disappointed!“

“I came into Papa John’s van Giesen. Came by to get dinner for the family and the young lady named Taylor working there was so professional, polite and very patient with her customers. He notified use she was the only one working at the moment. I noticed her work ethic very impressive. She was not at all overwhelmed and stayed nice a professional and it was a very busy busy night for her. I believe she should be getting some kind of acknowledgment for great work, customer service, and appreciation for people’s meals.“
