Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was top notch!! Tim was phenomenal along with the rest of the crew including the cook!! They were all friendly, attentive, respectful & they all wished us a wonderful evening as we left. These People definitely need recognition for being exceptional!! “pizzas are great same with their raspberry dessert. I Will continue to order their pizzas. however I will not order their calazones anymore as we ordered three and mine was burnt, flat and we didn't get the dip cup that states on their take out menu that it is included and when asked about it we got told it was wrote up wrong. thats false advertising and should be honored from their take out menu. cant tell me the menu was outdated when it was picked up a week prior. again their pizzas are great and we will continue to order them. omg and those raspberry dessert things are amazing.“

“Been coming here for the better part of a month multiple times a week for dinner service. Top tier service, strong back of the house putting out quality creative food themed around the city's nuclear history. Reliably a good call at any time. Only thing that's a bear is they close at 8.“

“It's good fast food pizza, good deals too. It still ain't no local pie place, but it definitely gets the job done. Shoutout Garret, the goat, always making my pizzas perfectly. Recommend getting a barbecue bacon cheddar pizza or an Alfredo spinach chicken pizza.“

“The size states 14 inch for a large. Nope, not true, just about 10 inches. The pizza is slimy and gooey, absolutely disgusting. Save your money, will never purchase again. I do not recommend this pizza.🤮“

I find myself searching for a place to go in Tri-Cities where the options limited ..
There are some great locally owned restaurants and I support them all.. Bookwalter has always been a favorite. This week we came to celebrate my next chapter and I wanted the very best..
I received it..
Olivia was amazing and I felt so loved!!!
But keep in mind that I come here often, and it still feels special to this very day.
My wine recommendation (is everything) but protagonist is my favorite!!!
Don’t miss the shrimp mornay or steak skewers.

“Amazing experience. Ordered 15 pizzas for a birthday for 215 and they were ready on time. Then everyone at party kept asking where the pizza came from because it was so delicious. People couldn't believe winco. The prices are great especially for parties.“

“I came into Papa John’s van Giesen. Came by to get dinner for the family and the young lady named Taylor working there was so professional,polite and very patient with her customers. He notified use she was the only one working at the moment. I noticed her work ethic very impressive. She was not at all overwhelmed and stayed nice a professional and it was a very busy busy night for her. I believe she should be getting some kind of acknowledgment for great work, customer service, and appreciation for people’s meals.“

“I must give 5 stars for the amazing customer service at this Pizza Hut.
Let me explain.
We lost one of my Uncle's and a few months later my Papa. My grandma moved to another city recently. My beautiful Aunt stayed in Richland. I had a memorial blanket made for her to be reminded of how loved she, it had pictures of her late Dad, brother and of course of her Mom who is now living a few hours away.
All of this to say that when I sent the package I didnt confirm the address was correct and the package ended up at Pizza Hut.
When we all called, they were wonderful. I remember speaking with Jeremy. My husband also called as we were going to pay to see if they would drop it off. They were so incredibly gracious they were going to. My Aunt lives within walking distance and met the delivery driver on his way out to deliver.
We cant thank you enough for working with us and being so gracious and kind to us to assist in getting this special memorial blanket to my Aunt.
