“Dining at this waterfront gem was a delight. The outdoor seating by the fire pit created a cozy atmosphere. The rack of lamb was succulent, and the wine selection was top-notch. The waiter's fabulous service and personality was the cherry on top. A must-visit!“

“We just moved to Richland and have been making sure to try new places when we go out for dinner. Twigs was so delicious and the food came out perfectly/well timed. Our waitress was also lovely and gave the recommendation for the Thai shrimp and it was so tasty!“

“We discovered Proof in Kennewick last year when we came down from Spokane for Chiefs vs Ams hockey. Yesterday was our 3rd visit (the first time for the 25/26 season). The waitress remembered us and knew we liked to sit at the bar, Brandon and Jeremy (bartenders) remembered our drinks and what we ordered for food the last visits! EXCELLENT customer service, EXCELLENT food AND drinks! We will always recommend Proof to anyone in the Tri cities area. Top notch all the way around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times. We have been amazed this diamond of eating has yet to be uncovered. We did not have reservations and were seated right away. More importantly the food was amazing. Our waitress was friendly and efficient without overwhelming us with unwanted attention. My husband loved his meatloaf and my salad was fresh, and served with the dressing on the side. And the whole dinner didn't break the bank.“

“We reserved the Amon Creek Room for a family memorial. They also provided a table for us to display pictures and flowers. The process to reserve (from Colorado) was easy and everything went as planned.
The server was professional, and the food enjoyed by everyone. There was a door to close to the restaurant if we wanted privacy and a separate outside door for quick entrance and exit. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially looking for a separate room for your group.“

“i’ve been eating Brucci subs for the last 20 years in Spokane. They always have.A1 Sauce to put on top, but this one does not. It makes all the difference to have that.
Although the one in Spokane is super cheap and want to charge you like $.50 for
a couple tablespoons. Bring back the A1 and give it for free!“
